I purchased 3 bottles of the Quietum pills they sell to help reduce Tinnitus (ringing in the ears.) After taking the product as directed on the label for 2 months, there was no improvement in my Tinnitus at all. When I tried to contact the company, you only have the option to interact with a sophisticated automated response system via text. It will ask a variety of questions, but always refers you at the end to sign up for a service called "JustAnswer", whether you want to talk to a live person or text with them. They tell you that they will only charge you $1 to sign up, but if you give them your credit card info, they charge you $47! I had to contact my CC company to block the charge. I tried several times and each time, it took me to the same place, to get my CC info and bill me $47. This is simply a scam. I was able to contact my CC company to stop the charges.
