• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
• You may only claim a listing you are authorized to manage for that organization.
• We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove claims or accounts when we believe it is needed to protect the Service or other users.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that breaks applicable law or these Terms.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the Service or listing data except as allowed by ordinary browser use or written permission from us.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or overloading our systems.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems without authorization.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including by falsely claiming a listing.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

Listing information may come from public sources, automated enrichment, operators, claimed owners, or our editorial work. We try to keep details useful, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free.

Faith Near Me is a neutral directory. We do not endorse any faith tradition, congregation, or listing. Inclusion in the Service is not a recommendation to attend, donate, or otherwise engage with any organization.

Always confirm hours, services, accessibility, and other details directly with the place of worship when it matters for your plans.

If you submit content to the Service (including reviews, tips, claim materials, photos, or messages), you keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content to operate and promote the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to grant that license and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove or refuse content at our discretion, including content that fails moderation.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original editorial content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITH NEAR ME AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

You will defend and indemnify us and our operators, affiliates, and agents against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (or parts of it) if we believe you violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or others. • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
