  I had never visited the Cathedral, but it was on my list. Attending a Christmas Makers Mart was the perfect impetus! Not only was I very impressed by the amazing creations on offer at the Mart. I was truly impressed. So, of course I took the opportunity to wander through the Cathedral, and light a candle, and say a few prayers. The Cathedral did not disappoint! Beautiful statuary, vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and the sense of awe and wonder at the inherent spiritual reverence present in every stone, was an experience I encourage you to seek.

  Such a beautiful church full of so much symbolism. Very welcoming. The choir at 10am Mass does so much to elevate the Mass (they are off during the summer. ) Such meaningful homilies with points of catechesis to help teach about the Catholic faith. Definitely a Beacon of Light for the La Crosse area!!!

  This is a beautiful and unique building. If you’re in LaCrosse I recommend walking by and admiring the architecture. We were lucky enough to arrive just before Friday mass so we stopped in. Even if you’re not religious I highly recommend attending a service to see the splendor that is The Workman Cathedral.

  Attended the Chrism Mass here and it was amazing. Such a powerful sight to see so many priests alongside our Bishop at the altar of our Lord. A little treat for me, I had the chance to meet so many religious, and great conversations.

  Absolutely stunning church. Went to 7:30am Mass. They had an organist, regular Roman Catholic Mass. They did have communion along the communion rail and you could receive communion however you wanted.

  Spiritual center of the Diocese of LaCrosse. Good rector. Great place to come and pray. Chrism Mass is always one of the great highlights of the year. Parking is sometimes limited. The Religious good supply store is conveniently located across the street (Noelke's). Tattoo shop next door, great place to get a tattoo of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
