First time attending a service today while visiting family in Oshkosh on Shangrila Point. Beautiful building, helpful staff. The music was great, enjoyed the sermon about Paul today & especially "How Great Thou Art" last song.

This was my first time at the church in decades (we were living in Florida for a while). I was impressed by how helpful and friendly people were. The little girl next to me even shared her doll with me. Adorable! Great music and an insightful message. Thank all of you at Community!

Great people, awesome sermons, love that they have separate classes for grades/ages for the children to learn about our Heavenly Father 😇🙏 …

Totally disappointed because instead of preaching in a Christ-centered way, they focus on giving their own opinions. It is a shame to see pastors who go up to preach in tennis shoes, torn pants, and t-shirts displaying their multiple tattoos. Regarding worship, it is only a show, because they never guide the people to seek the presence of the Holy Spirit. The worship group goes up on stage in flip-flops, tennis shoes, torn pants, with caps, chewing gum. Really starting with the leaders and all helpers, they have completely lost respect for the altar of the Lord.

Amazing church! The Pastors and Worship team are so wonderful. Each Sunday we leave saying how we can't wait to hear next week's sermon! The music will awe you. Absolutely a joyful place to worship God!

Went once and felt like I was being indoctrinated into the NAR insanity. No way. This is not Christianity.

If you want to attend a great Pentecostal church where everyone may not be perfect but everyone that belongs to CC have 1 thing in common and that is love for Jesus. I was led here by God 3 months ago in February and I have never been closer to the Lord! I serve on the worship team and run sound on Sundays and I absolutely love this church and the people in it. After losing our son to a stillbirth at 28 wks in September, it became a very difficult time. And unfortunately, the relationship with my son's mother fell apart and I grieved the loss pretty hard. Without Jesus, I don't know where I would be today and I'm so thankful for his love & mercy. Also, if you enjoy worshipping and praising God by making/singing a joyful noise unto the Lord, then I highly suggest you give CC a chance because the worship band is one of the best I've ever heard or been apart of. God bless.

Good morning and to whom it may concern, We are new members of CCO and we are trying to make this community our home. Unfortunately, all the services we have been too we are having issues with the noise decibels in the auditorium. Our request and suggestion are what can we do to lower the volume in the auditorium? I'm attending services with my partner and our 6 month little one. If I'm concerned about my hearing I'm concerned about little ones. If she cannot attend, then unfortunately our whole family will not be a part of this community. Today 08/27/23 we attended service and ended up walking out halfway through all the songs and worship. Barley could hear any of the vocals over all the instrumentals and everything was just way too loud. We also saw a lot of kids today with earmuffs on which was absurd to me, but I was envious because I didn't have mine. We attend motorsports events, and they are not even as loud as these worship services. Overall, I know I'm not the only one that has issues with the decibels. The Audio mixer advised me that he was not able to lower the volume at all. So, what can we do to make the services more enjoyable and safer for the community members? Unless something is changed, we will no longer attend any services which is not what we want at all. We need to do what's best for us as a family. Thank you and have a wonderful day. I hope the picnic is a success today. --------------------------------------------------- Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and your concern. I do want you to know that we scrutinize our sound levels very closely, and on this past Sunday, in particular, we did face a few specific challenges in keeping the sound levels right where we wanted them. We have a combination of professionals and volunteers trained in that position and aiming at a very specific target. This week, we had some challenges hitting that target as desired. Still, we are very grateful for the care and energy that goes into trying to achieve our weekly goals in audio production. Regarding hearing protection, we have a number of special needs children in our church that wear those earmuffs in all settings at the church, and we also do offer basic earplugs for attenders if our volume seems too high for them. We have established standards and close guidance with OSHA recommendations, specifically in relationship to the amount of time people are subjected to different sound levels. We are grateful to have you and your family with us, but also understand if the weekly experience at CCO does not meet your needs or expectations. For those that find the worship environment too loud, we do encourage people to sit further back in the middle of the room, as it tends to be lower in volume in that part of the room. Again, thank you for taking your time to share your concerns, and we continue to try to refine our ability to operate within the sound target levels that have been established for our worship ministry. ------------------------------------------------------- I will admit, I am slightly taken aback by your response and surprised that in this day and age with so many families turning away from church, losing their faith and ability to find a comfortable welcoming house of God that you are so willing to defend a noise level that some would consider dangerous. In my opinion and professional experience, just because something is OSHA certified and cleared does not always make it the ideal choice for the situation. The size of the auditorium seems to be small enough that those sort of sound decibels aren’t necessary even if you are reaching a desired “goal”. We have sat in the back of the church service multiple times now and have experienced the same volume issues each time. Thank you for your time and response although my family and I are sincerely disappointed with this outcome. ----------------------------------------------- So disappointed in this outcome. They provided me with every reason why they thought they were in the right vs addressing my concern.

Attended with my friend Dennis. I was brought up Lutheran and still belong to a Lutheran Church in Appleton. CC was so relaxed and the music was beautiful. I could have listened to the music and singers for hours. Very nice service and will most likely attend again.
