A very large church, but they give you many ways to get involved and meet others. Definitely a Bible believeing church. Very good worship music and great messages. They are on the internet. They have someone at the information area that is well versed to help you get to know and get involved at AAC in Appleton, Hortonville or Neenah.

I was there last month. Music was a bit loud for my liking and the sermon itself was okay. It had a few good points, but it was more of a shallow message without conviction of our own sins.

I like their coffee shop. They have AMAZING Chai lattes. Also the services are entertaining, insightful and communicate in a way that my whole family can understand.

Stopped at the gym to watch YMCA youth basketball. Two full courts. Very nice facility with ample parking. Easy access off the Interstate.

Alliance Church truly feels like HOME! After attending a different church for my whole life, I began my search for a church that taught Jesus and I stumbled upon Alliance after a few other church visits. Pastor Brian is a true man of God and he leads with such unconditional love, honesty and arms wide open. So grateful to call Alliance my home!

I find it to be a mixed bag. Good, bad and questionable. (It's been a few months, but I happened to stumble upon it and decided to leave a review from what I recall visiting) Good: Very much community focused offering programs that either help those come to Christ, serve others and bringing fellowship. Seemingly they are always on that path never letting it cease. Sermons are always a neat aspect. From a simple verse or two they delve into its history, meaning, context and overall application of it to our life. Bad: Too much focus/time in music and it's presentation. Although music is powerful, I find it to be distracting of the concept of Christianity. I'm not sure how many times I've attended, but everytime it was about 20-30 minutes of music into the day of Sabbath let alone the service. Music is fine, it's just its presentation and time. Questionable: I know they gotta keep the lights on and have a way to offer programs, but the business portion erks me. The very first thing upon entering the main lobby is the café. And when service begins I happen to notice people enter the congregation with drinks and food. Obviously that isn't on the church (or is if they still do business during service), but it gives the image of an outside influence coming in and absorbing time and energy that is to be dedicated to the Lord.

The ear tickling within the walls of this church must come to an end. I have been attending Alliance Church for over 10 years. That has come to an end this weekend. The leaders at Hortonville Alliance couldn’t even offer prayers to Charlie Kirk’s broken and grieving family. Nothing. Absolutely nothing was said about Charlie Kirk’s magnificent life and his contributions to Christianity. I’m sick and tired of the tip toeing and political correctness. If your church didn’t mention Charlie Kirk except in passing, you need to find a new church where you will be spiritual fed. Beyond disappointed.

Very friendly church for both adults and kids! They have activities to help kids under stand more about God and Jesus. They are a great place to go to for ages 3months and up! They even have a baby center where babies can learn about Jesus and god.

I was super vulnerable and open, and after a long journey of surrendering and accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I visited this church as it was highly recommended. I went to the baptism class and then had a private meeting to go over my story. The meeting was judgmental and I was too nervous to speak up about it at the time. They denied me the opportunity to be baptized because they said I wasn’t ready, after knowing me for half an hour. I left feeling turned away and cried in my car the whole way home. After going through the negative reviews that are burried deep under the positive ones, I understand now. I will not be going back as it seems much more like a business than a place to connect people with God and worship. This is the first poor review I’ve ever left for any establishment, but I think people who are walking in similar shoes looking for a loving place to build and share their faith, should know this information. If you go, I hope you have a better experience.
