Unfortunately even though my husband and I live closest to this parish, confession is unreliable and at pretty much the same time as all the other ones on Saturday so if you miss confession here, you can't go anywhere else and have to miss the Eucharist on Sunday. There have been many times my husband and I have relied on confession here due to his work schedule and missed it due to the priest just not showing up. The Eucharist on Sunday is also handled irreverently by a truly a league of 3-4 'extraordinary' Eucharistic ministers for a congregation of maybe 100 max. It's disappointing to see the unnecessary use of the them, and the irreverence in how the Eucharist is distributed. My husband and I have made it a point to not attend this parish unless under extraordinary circumstances. Added 2nd star for their beautiful Marian Garden and Stations of the cross.

I have been attending Sacred Heart Parish of Battle Ground for twelve years now, moved up here from So. Cal; and our little church is very welcoming. All are welcome!! Father Aloysius is a very humble Priest; his homilies are always to the heart. Sometimes I think he is speaking to me. All I can say come and see for yourselves.

My parents were married here, I grew up here and my children were baptised here. This is home. It is always comfortable and welcoming. We moved, but we drive a little farther to attend because the people and community are amazing.

This was home for my family, Father Luigi delivers upbeat masses....and the congregation feels like a community all it's own. My husband and I were married here, unforgettable.

Father Aloysius is a humble disciple of God. He leads us, the Lord's sheep, in this often misguided world. We are grateful for his spititual leadership.
