RVCC was the first church I tried when I moved to the area three years ago. There are so many churches off 224th, but this one stood out to me. It immediately felt welcoming. There were friendly people holding the doors open for us and saying good morning when we arrived. A big bonus: they had coffee brewed and ready ☕ They have a kids Sunday program and a teen/middle school program, which has been great for my kids. My daughter absolutely loves the kids program. The Sunday school staff are so warm, they have a cool climbing wall, and she’s always doing art and learning about Jesus. She genuinely looks forward to going. My son was a little shy about going to the middle school program at first. When I mentioned it to the lady signing us in, she said her son was in that program too and actually went to get him. He came down and mentioned to my son they had a Nintendo upstairs and asked if he wanted to play. That small moment meant a lot and made my son feel more comfortable right away. I also really like that they play modern Christian music I actually hear on the radio. I enjoy Jeff’s sermons, and I like that they sometimes have guest speakers from the Spanaway location or other RVCC locations. The sermons always make me think and usually have a bit of humor too. Long story short, it’s felt very welcoming and comfortable from the start, I didn’t even feel the need to try other churches.

Great community, there’s a lot of connection and humanity here. Especially coming from a church that was very condemning, i would recommend both of the Rainer View churches. Love Pastor Jeff and Joe!

We felt very welcomed our first Sunday visiting. We love the friendly people and are excited to be a part of this church! We visited snake churches, but this one is extremely welcoming.

Felt at home, great music and a great Sermon. The pastor is straight forward and doesn't put on that "holier than thou" persona. There's not a lot of young people here, but the church is comfortable and modern.

Went here for most life, and only recently moved to a different church. The youth program had become quite understaffed, and isn’t close to what is used to be. Still a pretty good church, but just didn’t work for me anymore.

I didn't stop here to attend a service, I stopped there to fly my drone in an open field behind the church.
