The pastor sticks with scripture the worship is heartfelt, the singing is gentle not too loud no lights flashing.. all the people are very kind.. I really appreciate the online presence as well due to a health condition I often participate online instead of in person. I also look forward to their water baptism at Horseshoe Lake in July a truly blessed event!

We have attended for about a month now and have been welcomed with open arms. We have met new people, got connected to a Bible study and our teenager is enjoying youth group every week. We enjoy the contemporary worship music mixed with some traditional. The message is always rooted in the Bible and easily connected to our current daily lives. Looking forward to fellowship with this community.

The Pastor and all the support staff at Grace are caring, God fearing, bible believing Christians. The care and love shared with me over the past 19 years with GCC is life changing. I cannot recommend this church enough. Sermons are biblical, heart felt, encouraging and theology based. A wonderful place for everyone.

Extra awesome and fantastic church! We felt welcomed the second we walked in. Bible believing sound teaching. And extra bonus points as the lead pastor adds humor and relatable life lessons to each sermon. It’s evident that Grace Community church loves God and all people.

When we began at this church we were welcomed with open arms. As we continued with regular attendance, volunteering at every opportunity, and became more invested into this church we began to find out some of the hidden ideas and attitudes held by many of the staff and their families. Everyone who had welcomed us with open arms has since left the church, my family as well. If your interested in attending here, I would suggest trying out some of the many other options in town.

Over the course of 15 months, the leader of this church has seen the vast majority of his "subordinates" leave their positions. Two board members, a worship team leader, two women's ministry leaders, a former men's ministry leader, the children's ministry director, and the associate pastor/ youth director/ worship leader. This leader has been quoted as calling Grace *HIS* church. He refers to anyone who leaves as *DIVORCING* his church and many as *TOXIC*. I am the former men's ministry leader and my wife is the children's ministry director that left in Sept 2022. Prior to leaving, my wife wrote a letter to the leader trying to explain our discouragement and seek resolution but instead we felt attacked in a board meeting for not loving the church well enough and not displaying enough trust in the church by not giving enough in tithing. It was made very clear that there was not a desire to seek understanding, no pathway to resolution and that the leader and his wife were operating from a place of deep hurt. Shortly after leaving, we reached out to the Assemblies of God headquarters expressing concern for the emotional health of this leader and his wife in hopes that they would step in and help. We also pray regularly for the leader and his wife to recognize their need for help and step down from their position of influence. Since that doesn't seem like it's going to happen anytime soon, I figure the next best thing is to strongly dissuade others from stepping foot in this building and getting hurt by the church from leadership that is operating in a place of deep hurt themselves.

I would share our horrific experience with this Church Leader, but I was told to let it go. If you’re looking for a new church in Woodland, WA you might want to seriously consider a different one! 👹
