  I arrived 15 minutes early and thought I'd meet someone but everyone was busy with each other. I felt like an outsider and wanted to leave but I stayed. The sermon was good.

  If you are passive and not involved then this church may feed you but beware the ignorance when speaking of your past that can and will get you run out. A small group leader who never should have been found support in another immature leader of higher status to stoke fear of those above him. The loss is truly our children’s though growing up watching churches reject thier father but this church found that to be an acceptable loss despite being innocent. Stay away from here unless you were born and raised by this local church.

  About a year ago I decided to start attending church again. I attended services at a few churches in town, as I felt that I needed to find the perfect fit. When I discovered EBC, I knew immediately that I found my home. The congregation is warm and welcoming. Pastor sermons are straight out of the Bible, and the personal stories in between makes it easily relatable to daily life. The music is awesome. Unfortunately my voice doesn't do it justice, but the spirit is there. The Sunday sermon is streamlined on their website. So if you can't make it to church, or would just like to hear the sermons again at home, which I like to do, they are easily obtainable. Thank you everyone for making me feel welcome.

  I really feel the spirit of the Lord there! Pastor teaches from the Bible in a very understandable way. Good music to worship the Lord. That is what it is all about an atmosphere of friendly people to praise the Lord together ❤ Kids Sunday school teaching them at their level. 3 services Saturday night and 2 on Sunday. Lots of life groups that meet in people's homes. They help a lot of Missionaries in different countries and they are helping in the community loving people❤❤part of the safe park program, giving the homeless a safe place to park. A very prayfull church🙏

  Wonderful congregations, very friendly people, and they have pastor Matt Ryan to help them. They definitely have it going for him and the congregation seems to always be in full force whenever services are going on. We were even invited to Easter breakfast which was very nice and make my heart swell. they're definitely doing God's work as he would do if he was here.

  A warm and friendly church where Jesus is honoured, the Bible is taught, and all people are welcomed. We visited while on holiday and experienced a great Bible teaching church who want to live wholeheartedly for Jesus, encouraging and enabling all people to live and love for him too.

  I like this church but i do have an issue with them. The sanctuary is way too small. We repeatedly have gone and couldnt find any seats. Also, they werent very accomidating either. We asked if there were a cpl chairs that we could put against the back wall, and it was to much to ask. Pretty disappointing actually.

  Highly recommend this church. Its bible based. The band is sooo good. And the people are so inviting. They HAVE a Saturday service at 6pm.and classes for the little kids.and a place to take your baby.so you can enjoy the service. Best church I have been To. It's my new home.

  The moment I walked into this place I felt like I was home. This is part of God's kingdom and the members of this church feel like family. They have an excellent youth program during the services and also Bible studies during the week. The AWANA program is a huge blessing!

  I just want to thank everybody for being so kind and welcoming me into the church where I am still trying to find my way and see if this is something that is going to be right for me in the end. Even if it's not I just want to say that the pastors are amazing as well as a lot of the church members and staff, even though I'm not a member I still feel like I'm part of a family. I just want to take the time to thank everybody for being so welcoming and not forcing me to do something that I'm not ready for if I will ever be ready, I don't know only time will tell

  Pastor Toby's teaching style never changes. The success of his teaching style is in the fact that it holds milk for anyone new to the Word of God AND meat for anyone who has been studying the Bible for years. With a congregation in various places and stages in their life, he shepherds successfully (from our experience). You want a pastor who worships with the same intensity and joy as he preaches. You'll find that with him. My family has not been to EBC in years but my husband and I still hold great honor for him and still find ourselves asking God to bless Pastor Toby and his family as he blessed us in our few short years in Vancouver. I believe in giving honor where honor is due, especially to people who may not be aware of how the "seeds of God's Word they have sown produced a harvest". It feels a little weird reviewing a pastor on Google haha but I thought it would be a great way to acknowledge appreciation for Pastor Toby and his family and to let you all know we pray for your "continued harvest".

  We've attended here 14 years. Solid, Biblical teaching. Friendly, all ages, love hearing the preschool class upstairs of the sanctuary. It's a LIVE church ⛪️.
