We are affiliated with the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC), an international fellowship of congregations that emphasize the authority of God's Holy Word and the mission of spreading the Gospel. Our worship is traditional and liturgical, centered on the Word and Sacraments, and we gather weekly to worship, witness, and serve together in faith, hope, and love.

We are a sacramental church, believing that baptism initiates us into membership of God's covenant family, and the Eucharist is a meeting place where the Lord meets with us to forgive and strengthen us for our journey. Our mission is to encourage, strengthen, and equip people to share the love of Jesus and help them follow Him. We value God's grace, loving others, the Word of God, prayer, praise and worship, discipleship, and mission and service.

Pastor Mark Koonz, our current pastor, is a graduate of Concordia University and Princeton Theological Seminary. He has served in various capacities, including campus ministry and a radio ministry. Pastor Mark's interests include walking in the country, painting landscapes, and reading. He has also authored a book on Christian reflection on suicide.
