I’ve been going to Cornerstone South for just over a year now! Been to many churches over the years, but this one is a true rare gem!🙏 And it all starts here…our Pastor (dynamic preaching) and his wife (plays the keyboards and sings so beautifully) being called by God to start this church, are a dynamic amazing team together! I say like no other, overflowing with incredible enthusiasm, passion for a deeper relationship with God, genuine love and compassion for our church and this city! They make and take the time to get to know you! Are very open, helpful accessible and accountable! Just have a way of inspiring you to be more like Christ! We are spirit filled and family oriented, with many children! Very sound Bible based spirit filled teaching, preaching and worship! Are welcoming, loving, caring, friendly, sincere, real/genuine and take our relationship with God seriously! And because of our Pastor’s high personal inner drive and standards, we do everything in love with excellence! 👍 And we occasionally just have fun too, involving food and fellowship! Trust me, this place is the opposite of boring!!😊 I could go on and on but, bottom line is, and most importantly, I have grown more in my faith and closer in my walk with the Lord the last year than ever!!! We had the honor of visiting Cornerstone Church South on multiple occasions when visiting from California. They are in an excellent location with plenty of safe parking. The church facility is incredibly well cared for, beautifully set up and comfortable. Their attention to detail is indicative of the commitment and passion they have for their community. The hospitality and friendliness of this church is outstanding. Both the Pastor and his wife are great Christians and leaders. If you are looking for a Biblically sound church, where you can experience the love of God by His presence and through His people—your search is over!

Such an amazing church! Pastor Mayo is the real deal, and the people here are welcoming and genuine. I can't recommend it enough—authentic worship, solid teaching, and a true focus on living out God’s word.

Pastor Aaron Mayo does an incredible job with his church. Not just his preaching and teaching ability, but the way he treats people. His wife is amazing as well with her kindness and love towards the church. Also she sings and plays the piano beautifully! What a pair! This church is all about family. You get a sense and feel that you are right and home when you come in. Everyone is inviting and friendly. Highly recommend!

Cornerstone's South, A place filled with peace, surrounded by family, a place for spiritual growth. Cornerstone's South is a place that feels like home. Every service I receive something from God whether it’s his wisdom, his love, or an atmosphere of belonging. God has given me a new a better life and every time I get a hold of him I can’t help but feel alive and loved. Whatever your needs may be God sees it, No matter what has happened in your past God offers you a new way of living through baptism in Jesus name. I invite you to experience the joy and peace that God has to offer. Come and discover the beauty of worshiping him. Anyone is welcomed here, come to a place you can call home.

First and foremost: the Pastor and Pastor's wife follow the Bible and what it says to the best of their ability through lots of prayer and studying. The Pastor and his wife you can tell do everything for the church with the mindset of not cutting corners or doing things cheap but to the best of their ability. They exude a spirit of excellence in everything they seem to do for the church and you can tell take pride in it. Everyone in the church seems very welcoming and kind. If I lived in the Spokane area still this would be the church I would go to hands down! When visiting the services or even the prayer times you can feel God and it is amazing to hear people's stories and where they came from. It is like a beacon of hope in a time of so much negativity and hopelessness. I can't wait to visit there again next time I'm in town!

Our time with Pastor & First Lady Mayo and the beautiful congregation at Cornerstone Church South in Spokane, WA was brief, but they left an indelible mark on our lives. This church is a great example of how I imagine many of the 1st century New Testament churches appeared in their day. Not only is Pastor Mayo my friend, but he has been a brother to lean on when going through a rather difficult time in my life. Cornerstone South is prayerful and Spirit led in all things. From dynamic worship to Jesus centric Bible based teaching and preaching, community evangelism, and family oriented— anyone looking for greater relationship with God and his people needs to make Cornerstone South their home. In a world full of the fakes and phonies Cornerstone South are genuine Christians that display the all the fruit of the Spirit in their day to day lives. They are the same in church as they are at the farmer’s market. Love this wonderful assembly of believers and I am expecting great things to come in the days ahead!

Such a lovely church. Pastor Aaron Mayo and his family are so welcoming! They made me feel welcome and loved from the very first time I stepped into the building. There is always a beautiful atmosphere of worship there! If you’re looking for a church, this is a great place to call home.

I would like to publicly say that this is a beautiful church. It’s safe place full of kind welcoming people. A church where you will feel Gods presence. If you want a church to go to that will draw you closer to God, Cornerstone South is that place. It’s also a church where the word of God is taught in an easily understood way. In this church you will be challenged in a positive way to become more like God. I attended a church in Southern California and every time I visit Spokane this is where I bring my family.

When I moved to Spokane last year is was very important to me to find a church home for my family. Last February I attended cornerstone South, and I haven't left. the whole congregation was warm,welcoming, and loving. Pastor Mayo and his lovely wife have a deep love and passion for God and the community. This is a church that is on fire for the Lord. If u are looking for a church home or a new comer in faith please don't hesitate to visit, u will be greater with so much love. It really does not matter what walk of life u are coming from, what mistakes u have made we believe God's love is for everyone.
