This area is surrounded by cultural rot, politicians and churches have failed these people, that being said: this church is making a difference. If it is possible to salvage this area this church might be the start of it. Both services were packed, the parking lot was full, classes for kids up to 5 or 6 grade, after that age kids seem to attend church with adults. Lots of folks with Bibles, very casual good clothing. Recommend go to first service then adults class during second service Deep study during both service and class Biblical principles and family values taught here Don't bobtail here park at McDonald's truck parking was totally empty for first service, it's a untended lot between the two so it could get swampy or overgrown Comfortable but full service Class was around several tables Easy atmosphere, questions asked, lots of learning and some laughter Several people ready for check in or visitors They seem to have lots of small groups meeting during the week Class drew pilgrims, Scripture, and principles together in a interesting way 5 grains of corn was pilgrims daily ration and it was part of the class. Great lesson

I have nothing bad to say about the church, great services and people. I do wish that when you need help with your rent or something so you're not living in your car. They would actually get back to you when they say they would. I know a lot of people need help but I feel like I've just been left hanging in the wind. Even after having a stroke

This church is an amazing God filled church. Pastor Kyle is so kind and his sermons really touch your heart and make you draw closer to Jesus. Blessed to have found this amazing church! The name Bethel means “house of God” and it truly is.

A fine establishment. My granddaughter goes to preschool hear. She has blossomed so much. She loves her teachers. She has learned a lot about Jesus, which we appreciate. A fine place to start your early childhood education.

.it’s hard for me say anything bad about a church bringing people to Christ. I got baptized here in 2006. But I have to let the community know this. I personally know 6 random people that have either been told not to come back here. Or they they can no longer be members. What kind of church turns people away. I will never go here again even though I think pastor Kyle is entertaining. I also know they are doing good works. They are just ignoring certain parts of the Bible. Thread carefully.

The sweetest most welcoming church I've been to. I wish I lived closer. You'll find the fruit and kingdom of God here. Worship really draws you near to the Lord. The pastor is so real. He'll make you think, laugh and cry. He challenges you to move closer to Jesus. They love children and really believe in pouring themselves into them and their community. Just an all around amazing church. I will always miss Her.

Bethel is a breath of fresh air. They preach Gods word and I feel they are alive and involved in their community. I appreciate the genuine people I’ve met so far and really look forward to every Sunday or Wednesday service. They have lots of activities for young children and their youth group seems exceptional. If you’re interested in a church that genuinely cares about you and your family then Bethel definitely deserves a visit. In past churches I’ve been to it was impossible to get into a small group. Many of them were closed to new comers or you had to “know” someone. Bethel is literally the opposite. Their heart for people is unconditional from my experience thus far. Update: I regularly attend Bethel Chehalis and I am so proud to call this a home church. They are unconditional in their efforts to love their community. They have excellent outreach programs and volunteer opportunities. I am blessed to have a church family who sees people as people.

Great family friendly church. The main sanctuary has live and upbeat worship music before service starts. While in the fireside room has live and softer worship music. The younger kids are in rooms based on school grades so that their lessons can be tailored for each room. Teens are able to attend a youth group during first service at 9 AM, however, second service at 11 does not offer that for the youth. During second service the fireside room offers a Bible study that goes in depth.

I am very disappointed in this church! My daughters and I were really looking forward to going. Before we could even enter the church the pastor approached my daughters and made my youngest feel uncomfortable and my other daughter and I very uncomfortable. He was talking bad about their jeans and calling their jeans rags and that they donated their regular jeans to the poor children and kept rubbing my daughter's arm and shoulder and making her very uncomfortable.. we ended up leaving right away cause we were sooo uncomfortable and didn't feel welcomed like we were hoping to

Attended today and I have to say I was greeted by wonderful kind people and key members of the church. Even met Pastor Kyle and Scott when I entered the church; who took the time to get to know me and then prayed for me and my family. God IS amazing for leading me here today.

Visited one Sunday and was amazed at the warmness of many people we didn't know. Most thrilled about all the outreach ministry to our community (overnight shelter, meals and bikes for the homeless, etc). There is a pastor over every age group plus small groups and meetings for people who need help from life's setbacks. I know this could have been a first impression but we have received the same welcome for the last four months. I give the pastor five starts also. We have found a church home!

A great group of people, pastor Kyle is spot right on. He delivers a bible driven message that I can relate to real life. I'm excited to keep going back. Pretty weird being excited to go to church😎 …

Our daughter attends preschool here! This preshool/childcare center is the best in Lewis County hands down! Dee Dee her sister Trish and the staff are the absolute best! They care and it shows! The kids are always learning something and everyday has a schedule. Our 4 year old loves going to school and absolutely loves her teachers! Right now the waiting list is over 2 years so if you plan on having kids in the future better get your name on a list now lol!

I was never a consistent church goer nor raised in the church, but since I first attended Bethel Church, Chehalis I’ve been attending every Sunday and have become quite active in other church activities. I’ve grown close to Jesus and miss the friendly welcoming environment since the restrictions of Covid 19.

Was here for a funeral. Church and associated meeting and dining areas were nice. The pastor was younger than I expected, but nice, with a very positive outlook on life.
