This is the first church I've been a part of where almost everyone serves and is involved in some way. Volunteering is really encouraged and they do a good job of getting people plugged in. Church members don't just come to consume and be entertained but actually care about the gospel and the community. Come as you are but expect to hear not-watered down Bible teaching. Tons of kids, teens, and families. A little lacking in the older generation... if that's you, we welcome you! I wish I grew up in a church like—SO many fun programs and events for kids and young people. But as a mom of three young kids, I love this for them. There are lots of family friendly events throughout the year and groups that meet weekly. We love it here.

Anthem Church is a community church in Federal Way. You can go to either the 9:30 am or 11:30 am service. You can also join a life group during the weekdays. The church has a very welcoming environment. You are welcome to come as you’d like. Whether you prefer to dress casually or more formal. The worship is contemporary. The message is gospel centered.

One of the best local churches in Federal Way. Phenomenal team of leaders, great kids ministry. Very strong young adults ministry. Lots of youth, families that are part of this church. Pastor Alex and the team bring strong, biblical message each week. If you are looking for a place to be loved and cared, and to grow, this is it.

I've been going to Anthem Church for two years, and it's been just right for me! Everyone who comes here is super friendly and welcoming, the sermons by Pastor Phil are always spot-on about the Biblical truths, and there are plenty of chances to talk with the others and get to know them. Each Sunday, you come in and enjoy some snacks before the worship begins, then there's a time of corporate prayer, then the speaker gives the main sermon, then everyone breaks out into discussion groups, and then we can just linger to chat. Anthem is a church intended to reach out to the international community of Bellevue, and the church really does have plenty of diversity to meet that mission. As much as it'd be nice for Anthem to have it's own building instead of meeting at Eastside Christian School, know also that it's still a new church. Overall, Anthem is perfect for you if you're looking for a diverse small church body where everyone feels like family.

I love my church! My wife and I have been with Anthem Church since the beginning. This church it’s pastor and leaders are God and gospel centered. Anthem Church is a fairly young church, but it’s passion for God and people are ever growing. I myself have the privilege to serve on the worship team and co-lead a Young Adults life group serving the Lord’s community of Anthem as well as our greater King County community. Come as you are, our Anthem Disciples come from different backgrounds, with different testimonies and different stories, but we are all united as one family serving God. Join us for our Sunday services ready to hear Gods word and let it transform you!

If you are looking for a church with strong community with people who have a commitment to living out the teachings of Jesus, look no further! This place has been a wonderful oasis in which I have had an opportunity to be challenged and supported to grow. There are many opportunities to get plugged-in, get discipleship and grow in your faith walk with Jesus. Not just another Sunday experience, the leadership team here is committed to making disciples and living life in a community.

My wife and I started attending services at Anthem in the middle 2021 after we relocated back to the area. From day 1, we've felt the presence of the Holy Spirit at every service. The leadership staff preaches the word as it is and the worship team gets everybody on their feet praising God. This is home for us as it is for many others and we couldn't be more grateful for the new family in our life. This Church is alive. It's constantly on the move. Small groups, weeknight prayers, BBQs, fiestas, the whole lot. Thank you, Anthem, for being a cornerstone of our community and advancing God's Kingdom here on earth.

I am blessed to call Anthem my church home for the last three years. I love the incredible community of believers growing in faith together, family atmosphere, solid Biblical preaching, and focus on discipleship and reaching the local community. Best place to be on a Sunday morning and get plugged into community with!

I have been going here for about a year or so now, and the teachings are bible based, which is something I wanted in a church for myself personally. I later got baptized here, and it's a wonderful church. When people say its friendly, I can definitely see that. I have not felt left out here, because there is always someone who either approaches with conversation or says hi. I would recommend to come here even if you come alone:)

I have found that Anthem is a church after God’s heart. There is an evident desire to discover what it means to be a disciple and how we can grow in that discipline through grace and obedience. A great place for families, great youth and young adult communities, and leadership you can get behind. It’s a safe place to face things head on.
