A lovely older wooden church continuing the Episcopal tradition in Norwich is usually fullest for funerals, but it has a small regular congregation on Sundays. Its pastor is quite bright and friendly. She knows I prefer the discontinued shorter early service, but remains engaging when we meet about town. I did create an outdoor altar of granite by the labyrinth from pieces laying about the church yard a few years ago. I witnessed its consecration and I always feel welcome and a part of St. Barnabas.
