FBC is a Miracle Church ! Let me give you some background as to "Why" I say this. This church began as a small Bible Study in someone's home. That small Bible study had a vision and that vision was to start a Bible church one day in Castleton, Vermont. They prayed for a long time for a piece of land. A piece of land was given to them. A miracle....Yes! They then began to pray again to build a church. Two Godly men approached a small town bank in Orwell, Vt., with a huge amount of faith and a small down payment in their back pocket. This small down payment was far short of what they needed. But God... worked another miracle, and they received the loan to begin building the church, materially, physically and spiritually. Dedicated church members gave of their personal time with hours of labor because they wanted to do what the Lord Jesus Christ called them to do .... build His church! And build His Church is what they did in obedience to Him. Amen! FBC is God's Church where faithful people reached out in faith, trusting to do what He called them to do. As the church began to grow, they faithfully began again to pray ... this time to pay off the mortgage. Another miracle from the Lord .. someone anonymously gave the exact amount needed to pay off the mortgage on our little church! To God Be The Glory great things He has done! .... Amen! FBC has grown spiritually through the years as well. Its members serve the Lord Jesus Church faithfully and, many, for years on end. It's a church filled with members who love the Lord, and show it to each other when there is a need, when work is needed to be done in the Church, when a member is in need financially or to help a member move, when someone needs prayer, etc., they are there to fulfill what the Bible talks about .. taking care of each other. It's a praying church and I can attest to that just as I am now. FBC would not be the church that it is today without its faithful body of praying believers! Nothing just happens. This Church was built on prayer and it will continue to be the Church the Lord Jesus wants it to be because of praying believers. It's a body of believers who pray, and I cannot stress that enough; they give and serve faithfully to the work and to glory of the Lord. Matthew 16:18 ..."I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it." This is Fellowship Bible Church. Man cannot destroy what God has built! Amen Blanche Cockburn Colossians 4:2

FBC is a solid, Biblically based church with a a loving and caring fellowship of believers, where the gospel of faith in Jesus Christ is preached.

My Wife and I were elated many years ago when John Longaker decided to and was voted in as our Pastor. We were not disappointed and we have continued our walk with the Lord under his guidance.

FBC is a Bible based very sound church with a wonderful dedicated pastor and many wonderful members who love the Lord!! Excellent place to worship!!!

Bible based church with sound doctrine. Very nice and friendly people willing to help one another and the community. Believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. Come check it out

If you are looking for a Bible believers church, this is the church for you. The pastors sermons are grounded in the bible. He is an excellent teacher as well.
