  I absolutely love this church. The people are welcoming and friendly. The pastor and his wife are wonderful people that care about their members. My children ages 6 , 11, 12, and 13 also enjoy the children's classes. I love the fact that they still teach from the Bible.....unlike some churches that have strayed away from the truth just to fit into the world today. ( Hebrews 13:8)( Isaiah 40:8 ) This church gets a 5 star because they are just real people that love God and love people. If you are wanting to grow closer in your relationship with Jesus then this church is a awesome place to help guide you in the right direction. They also have great worship team. I highly recommend this church.

  About a year ago, I Google Mapped “Church near me” early one Sunday when my mother, who was in town visiting, asked, “Where are we going to church today?” If a similar circumstance is what brought you to reading this review, here’s a quick primer: Vertical Church is a welcoming community of people who genuinely love Jesus That started in 2015. It’s not a big community, but one that is bigger on knowing God as your father than on knowing God as the creator of all things. Yes, He’s both, but we’re more about you loving Him than merely following His decrees. The youth program is small, the coffee is Folgers, and the small groups seem to only exist as they make themselves. The band only has three musicians and no drummer. The pastor’s not that good looking or especially charismatic, but he cares about your soul more than he cares about looking macho. I’ve seen him tear up more than any other grown man in my life, but it’s always because he’s feeling something genuine from the Father. If you’re looking for lots of structure and programs to keep you busy, we would love to get to know you, but we’re probably not what you’re looking for. If you want to get plugged in to a body of believers who all want to truly know the Father’s heart and will be genuine with their struggles, and genuinely care about walking with you through your struggles, while enjoying gospel centered teaching and praise songs sung with reckless abandon, this just might be home for you too.
