When people ask me what kind of church I go to I say a “Family Church” because that’s what New Life Christian Ministries is. We are family. Pastor Tony teaches straight from the Word in an easily digestible way. The Praise & Worship Team is EXCELLENT. The Youth Pastor has made such an impact on my son and all the teens at the church! The Children’s Church Director does a wonderful job of making the kids feel like family and teaching them about God. We also have services just for Young Adults (18-29) on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday night of every month @7pm (something needed in the Valley)! If you are looking for a new church to call home… this is it! See you on Sunday!

I have attended this church since 2020 and quickly fell in love! The worship is uplifting, upbeat and guided by the Holy Spirit. The preaching is engaging, challenging and real. You can feel Gods presence in everything done here. The people are genuine and real! The children’s ministry is top notch. My daughter loves going to children’s church every Sunday. They are doing so much in the community and for the world. They are doing big things here and you don’t want to miss what is coming next!

This church is so great! Me and my mom have been going here for a while now. The way they sing allows you to truely feel the holy sprit in you. They’re very kind and help you truly understand what you need to do in life for god! We love this place and all the people there

Love my church! I’m newer to the Roanoke area and have been going here for less than a year. Everyone here is so welcoming and kind. The worship and service is amazing! They also have a young adults service every other week which my boyfriend and I really enjoy. Look no further of looking for a new church home 👍🏻 …

If I could, I would rate this Church 10 GOLD STARS! After watching the 30 minute "Condensed Version" Sundays on Fox 27.1 for 10 years, I FINALLY got the opportunity to attend in person. My "First Time" was on 6/5/22 & all I can say is WOW! The SMILING, FRIENDLY Congregation is AMAZING. I felt WELCOME there... Like I had come home. The message & purpose of the fellowship is heart felt. Pastor Tony delivers his sermon in "Layman's Terms" & is understandable. The Musical Portion is like going to a Concert. The Overhead Monitors display the lyrics so you can sing along. I am looking forward to attending from here on out. There are 2 Services on Sunday (9am-10:30 & 11am-12:30). Do yourself a favor, visit & PRAISE THE LORD. You will be GLAD you did. YOU too, will find a PERFECT FIT. THANK YOU, NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES for giving me this opportunity to a NEW LIFE! AMEN & See You on Sunday.

I'm a cars and coffee kinda guy. I like churches that have coffee available for free in the lobby. I know it's possible because I been to churches that have coffee available. I moved back home to Roanoke after being gone since 2003. At this church I appear to be the only car guy here. We still go because the mrs likes it. Things will run their course soon enough. Also, recently after having been coming to this church over 4 months, I was asked where I'm going when I was on my way to the restroom. He was in a circle of people talking. When he stopped to talk to me, all eyes were on me. It made me very uncomfortable. I do not like the "visitor/new comer" pastor. I tried to avoid him. I don't like the way he treats me. He talks condescendingly towards me. I'm older than him I'm sure but he has no respect for me. We were looking for a babysitter. One lady from kids class offered to watch my son. We only needed her to watch him for a week. When I would pick him up, I asked about him snacking and napping. I can sense when I'm being lied to. What kind of people go here? We won't be coming back here after this.

Love watching this every Sunday at 10. When the virus is gone, I hope to attend in person. I do get a little upset while watching (no fault of the pastor) due to people constantly walking back and forth behind the pastor trying to teach us. Never seen so many I'm assuming having to use the bathroom. Use the bathroom before the service. Show respect to these great teachings. God bless pastor Tony and the church

Pastor Tony is the absolute best! He never sugar coats anything & he always gives scripture to back up what he preaches. The church has a wide variety of age groups & ethnicities. There are multiple adult care groups & a fantastic youth group as well.
