We had my youngest brother's home going service here. It was a beautiful sanctuary. The colors were quiet and calming. The seating was adequate. The parking was a bit close but we got in and out without any bumps or bruises. It was easy to find. And I could see a small wedding there. I would have preferred that ...💒💒💒 …

A very good church, the holy spirit dwells there wonderfully, however, there was a very limit use in Biblical scripture, for one sermon the pastor spent almost more than half the sermon talking about "Finding Nemo," causing a considerable amount of biblical confusion in how it pertained to topic discussed in the sermon and it's overall relevance to the Bible, but each to his/her own. To give the benefitof the doubt, I'veonly been there for one service, and my understanding is that the pastor that was preaching isn't normally the primary pastor. As someone who is sensitive to sound, I found the music they played to be rather very loud and hard on my ears, making the singing and lyrics almost hard to understand. This doesn't take anything away from the service, however, as it was clear the church members and leadership are definitely God-fearing members. It is a predominantly, all-black church with great traditions, a love for worship and praise and a strong sense of love for one another. I felt wholly welcomed to the service despite being the only white individual there and never felt as if i was a sort of red herring. A diverse church in the sense you could see all ages of people there. This is a great place for worship that unapologetically praises the name, Jesus Christ, and tells it to you straight, something Churches could definitely use more of. Highly recommend.

I LOVE MY CHURCH!! My Pastor Bishop Lagus McCoy is the best. You can go to him for anything and he is always available. He preaches the word straight no chaser.
