beautiful place, I never had the chance to visit it inside, but I had the amazing experience of being helped by the people with some food and they were all amazing, it made my day better, I wish I could be part of the community because I love the service they give to the people

When I moved to Roanoke, I went shopping for a new church to attend. I had a good recommendation from a highly respected source telling me to try Greene Memorial. It was the first church I attended for Sunday service and after attending several other services of nearby churches, Greene won my heart. The congregation was warm and friendly. I felt like I had a new family when I left. Reverend Heaton warmed my heart with the good news of God, his lessons and made the sermon interesting and an educational experience. Guys got a good set of lungs on him too bevause he can sing! The members are kind, considerate and friendly. I needed them in a terrible time in my life and I will forever be grateful. If you're looking for an intimate setting but big enough to offer everything a mega church offers, this is the soul- touching place for you. They are involved in community services throughout the NRV so make sure your bring love and willingness to be a part of something bigger than yourself!

Beautiful church inside. I help setup the memory service for Oakeys funeral home in December, 2018 . The staff was very nice and helpful!
