  Finding a church home is something we prayed about and searched for, and we can honestly say that Alive Church is the place we've been looking for. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed, seen, and known—not just as visitors, but as family. The love people have for one another is authentic, and it's evident in every interaction. Alive Church is truly Spirit-filled and Spirit-led. The presence of God is undeniable, and every service points people back to Jesus and the truth of His Word. The biblical teaching is sound, relevant, and delivered with both conviction and grace. What has impacted us most is the authenticity. This is a church that doesn't simply talk about loving God and loving people—it lives it out. We've found a community that encourages spiritual growth, meaningful relationships, and a deeper walk with Christ. We are incredibly grateful that God led us here. After searching for a place where we could truly belong, we've found our church home. ❤️ Thank you, Alive Church, for being a shining example of what the Church is called to be.

  I attended the Western Branch campus of Alive Church on Jolliff Road, and it was a great worship experience. From the moment I walked in, the church felt welcoming, clean, organized, and well put together. The building felt large, the atmosphere was wonderful, and there were plenty of people gathered together in worship. You could tell there was life in the church. The worship was beautiful. The ladies singing sounded like angels, and the whole worship atmosphere felt sincere and full of faith. The kids were alive, smiling, having fun, and clearly comfortable being there, which says a lot about the health and spirit of a church community. The pastor gave an excellent message. He spoke with energy, humor, and conviction. One line that really stood out was, “To compare is despair.” He also spoke about the difference between loving God and actually loving like God, which is a powerful and necessary message for the church today. He was engaging, energetic, and easy to listen to. The worship music was a little slower than my personal preference. I usually like music that is a little faster, more hyped, and more energetic, but that is just personal taste. The worship itself was still beautiful, meaningful, and Christ-centered. Another thing that stood out was the follow-up. They reached out almost immediately afterward by email, text message, and even called and left a voicemail. That kind of care shows intentional hospitality and a desire to connect with people beyond Sunday service. Overall, Alive Church Western Branch was a great church with strong worship, a welcoming atmosphere, a powerful message, joyful kids, and genuine follow-up. It was a great non-denominational church experience, and I appreciated the faith, warmth, and energy of the campus. I will definitely be a regular attendee of Alive Church.

  Helps me to grow more deeper with God and reading his word. Welcomed for newcomers, they have three services. There's kids service for elementary and toddlers and babies. There's a cafe to drink and eat and to give offerings. Alive youth on Wednesday nights, for middle school and high schoolers. For Sunday I love there praise and worship everyone around sings and worships god.

  Absolutely love this church. Everything is so well done and presented very well. If I lived closer we would definitely be regulars. We went on Christmas Eve along with hundreds of other people but there was plenty of room and a very enjoyable service.

  This is a Spirit-filled Community of Believers committed to living Fully Alive. This church stands behind this belief on All levels. If you are looking for a church home this is a place to consider. You can feel the Holy Spirit moving from the time you begin to move towards the church entrance. From welcome tent to the front door serve team members are available to begin your experience. Upon entry, volunteers are all around to assist with everything from student check in, seating, welcoming and there is an on-site cafe and merchandise area. There is also a fully staffed nursery and preschool area of vetted volunteers and helpers. The worship music is on point and on trend and the playlist has been prayerfully considered. The message is delivered by a pastoral team that preaches from Spirit filled hearts a message of Biblical truths at 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. There are plenty of weekly opportunities to join small groups and serve teams. There are also weekly opportunities for young people 5th grade to high school to be able to further their worship experience. Alive Church offers prayer teams, encouragers, and counselors, Discover Alive, Tuesday prayer, annual Sisterhood Conference, Expanded worship opportunities on Holy holidays, Easter week activities for the family, student centered activities and programming and SO much more. This is more than just a church ...This place strives to fulfill its role as the Body of Christ....no judgment, no hate, Just the word of God delivered in truth.

  Great church. Very welcoming pastors/people. Live music, engaging worship, and lovely sermons. A church that doesn’t feel judgmental, and one that wants you to be better and to grow your relationship with the Lord. One that will accept you at any phase of your life, support you, and lead you. Definitely recommend.

  Has been our Church for over 12 years and I love it!!! Pastor Michael is the best! I love his Teaching style mixed with comedy!! Definitely makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve never been judged or seen them judge others. Pastor Michael never puts anyone down or focus on one sin but all sins. He’s non judgmental and teaches the word. For the one star reviews pray before you judge them. Because they are definitely nonjudgmental and caring. They don’t belittle you or make you feel out of place. After over 12 years I wouldn’t change my Church home.

  I've been to a lot of churches in the area. Alive is the only one where I felt pastoral sincerity . Alive is also the only one that I've seen to seek to accomplish the mission of the church as described in the Bible. Please ignore the negative reviews of people like "Scooter." You know we are living in dark times when someone gives a one star review of a church for not promoting and embracing sin. People who live in sin like Scoot love to label people as hateful because when they refuse to embrace the delusion of the sinner. I've never witnessed anything hateful at Alive Church.

  This place has been refreshing. I'm thankful for the Lord's love shown to me through the local church. Alive Church is very intentional to stand on God's Word regardless of cultural pressures. The preaching is unapologetically straight from the Bible and Jesus is lifted high! I highly recommend people come get connected here. The kids ministry is phenomenal as well! Jesus is first at Alive Church and that's evident in how they strive to honor Him by doing the work of ministry well and with excellence!!!!
