I wasn't able to enter this Church today because I am traveling and we are staying in Washington (the city) for our Honeymoon and Saturday was the only day we had to visit. I have hope for this church and it's future growth. I attend the Western Rite in Whittier, California. I know very little of Eastern Rite in the prayer rituals or how to perform them. That said I look forward to participating in the future. For now I have used the prayer book of Saint Gregory (inside the St. Ambrose Prayer book) outside of the front door to ask The Lord to bless this Church, it's Priest(s), and for it's growth and unity. May Utah one day become a strong, tight-knit, Orthodox land.

This church is welcoming, wholesome, traditional, full of life, truth, humility, joy, sacrifice, mercy, and God’s grace. Thank you for planting this church in Southern Utah! God grant you many years!

Wonderful little church. I can up from Mesquite to attend. It was my first time attending an Orthodox Divine Liturgy. Nice little church with a decent sized congregation. Everyone seemed friendly and cordial. You could tell how faithful the Orthodox Christians were. The chanter had a beautiful voice and had a very Eastern sound which was nice. The priest gave a great homily and you could see the love he has for his parish. The parish was diverse, different age groups and ethnic backgrounds. Will attend another time.

A wonderful mission parish located in St George. We are so excited to be a part of this beautiful mission parish. We love the warm and welcoming people. There is a spirit of hospitality here. For those unfamiliar with the ancient, apostolic church, this is a good place to come and check out. Many of the parishioners are converts or were never associated with Christianity or another religion, and feel safe to come in and explore the faith. We also have many who are cradle Orthodox. Catechumen classes are also offered for those exploring Orthodoxy, and for those who may already be Orthodox but want to learn more about the deep treasures Christ and His Saints left us. Fr Mykel extends worship services throughout the week, and gives very meaningful homilies to “chew” on throughout the week. Sundays after liturgy we get together to break bread and share fellowship.

A wonderful visit today. The people of this parish were very welcoming (and understanding of my busy/loud toddler) and the liturgy service was beautiful. Don't let the strip mall deter you- they've made the space sacred and peaceful. They had a coffee fellowship after liturgy as well.

Located in a strip mall, but a "must see" inside! Beautiful iconostasis, traditional oriental type carpets, peace-inducing services. Come and see! 🙏☦️📿 …

My husband and I love visiting this mission whenever we can! We were blessed to come down for the patronal feast day services and picnic. Fr. Mykel is a wonderful, loving priest. May God bless this mission to continue growing.
