Beautiful mosque but management need to pay attention to such parking violators. It’s first day of Ramadan and this guy blocked the cars by parking here. Not sure what benefit he gets by praying inside while creating trouble for other muslims. Management need to take notice otherwise people will be calling city for such violations.

Stopped here to pray while driving in the area. Construction under way. Wudu area is in a separate location from the main masjid.

With all due respect, Management and Imaam need to be mindful about timing of maghrib Salah. People are being made to wait for jamaat upto 15 mins after Adhan. According to all schools of thought around the world Maghrib prayer must be performed right after Adhan. Jazakallah

June 6, 2025 – Eid Salah We attended Eid Salah this morning and, MashAllah, the turnout was beautiful. The atmosphere, the community, and the effort put in by the volunteers were appreciated and uplifting. However, the experience when leaving was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving early at 8:00 AM and being among the first cars on site, I was instructed by the parking volunteers to move my vehicle to the front near the exit — which I complied with, trusting that there was an organized plan. Unfortunately, after the prayer, we found ourselves blocked in, unable to access our car because traffic had already started flowing through that area. There was no clear coordination, and instead of assistance, we were met with yelling and hostility. One of the older parking volunteers in particular was shouting at people, showing a complete lack of patience or akhlaaq. Another brother — wearing a black thobe, grey beard, and kufi — was especially aggressive. I understand that volunteering is a tough job and emotions can run high, but respect and calmness are essential, especially on a blessed day like Eid. To the brother who yelled at me and called me "stupid" — I forgive you. My intention wasn’t to argue or escalate, but to ensure my family could safely get into the vehicle. This message is not to complain for the sake of it, but to sincerely request that the organizers take this feedback seriously. Please ensure your team is better coordinated, communicates respectfully, and follows through with the instructions you enforce. It's frustrating to be made to follow rules, only to be shouted at for doing so. Let’s all work together to make our events reflect the values of Islam — especially during Eid. Eid Mubarak.

This is the best Masjid in the Durham region. The 2 imams are really friendly and always willing to answer your questions. Sisters have a seperate area, jummah gets packed, and they have classes for adults and children
