I walked Today May 17, 2025 For a haircut, they told me come at 12 should be ready for you I got in there. Young lady tells me to sit down and wait she says, I came in for a haircut but left without service after witnessing the stylists prioritize everything except customers. While I waited, the stylist cleaned her station (fine), then proceeded to joke around, take selfies with the front desk, and play with her own hair—all while ignoring me for **8+ minutes**. The loud music and giggling made it clear they weren’t focused on clients. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and a waste of my time. I walked out and won’t return. Salon owners: train your staff to respect customers, not treat the workspace like a hangout spot.
