Located a few miles south of Manitou, this beautiful church built of natural field stone of red, black and Grey eith stone buttresses at each corner, during day light the haze colors filter the the windows; giving an ethereal sensation.

St. Mary’s was built in 1892 in memory of the Hon. William Winram. Mr. Winram came from Ulverston, England and settled in the Riverdale district, south of Manitou
