Beautiful church sitting within the Taos Pueblos 1000 year old Native American city. It’s sad to see that this mission was created to try and convert the original native Americans who have been living here continuously for almost a thousand years.

A beautiful building with lots of history. You can go to Sunday mass here without paying the usual $25 entry fee for the pueblo. There are candles you can light for prayer intentions for a small donation. No photography is allowed inside the church; please respect the wishes of the parishioners and don't take photos or be disruptive.

Beautiful small church with a colorful altar. Lots of yellow around the altar. I could not take photos because it is strictly forbidden to take photos inside.

The Taos Pueblo official tour will take you to both churches (old & new).

A beautiful building to photograph. The pueblo is an amazing place, definitely take the tour.

It’s destroyed. They don’t have church service. It’s small. It’s in ruins.

A unique town where the houses are made of straw and mud. It's just under two hours from Santa Fe. There's a beautiful church worth visiting, and even the village's narrow streets offer beautiful views to admire and photograph. There are a few souvenir shops. I think it's worth a visit.
