Beautiful church hidden in the middle of town. The priest was great. The ceremony we had was a special mass for st. Michael and the priest had no problem with the sermon and just giving such a beautiful service. The place is big definitely not a small church.

We have lived in Puerto Peñasco for the last 35 years. We have been watching the building process of this church since the early 1980s. It is a beautiful church honoring San Francisco de Assisi. Sunday Masses are 8 & 10 AM, Spanish only.

The church is beautiful and they keep it clean and fresh. Hygiene measures are strict but do not feel uncomfortable. The priest speaks clearly and in language that is easy to understand and follow. They need A/C for hot summer days or extremely cold winter days do.

Very beautiful and peaceful inside the building, nonetheless it could really use maintenance and cleaning on the outside (curbside, street, parking...)

I had never been to this church before, but it was a very pleasant experience. It's spacious, comfortable, and simple; I liked it more than the Guadalupe church on Simón Morua. The priest makes the Mass enjoyable, doesn't drag on for ages with the sermon, and the announcements at the end of Mass are quick, unlike at the other church where they take another fifteen minutes. The people who help out are very kind and polite, unlike at Guadalupe, where some of the ladies act like they're God's gift to God. In short, I'll return whenever I can.

I came to visit the parish. It's 3:37 PM on Sunday, November 27th. The doors are closed. Perhaps I'm disturbing the priest who's taking a nap. It's very pretty from the outside.
