A BIT LONG BUT WORTH READING BY THOSE IN POSITIONS IN THIS MINISTRY AND ANYONE SEEKING DISCERNMENT. I pray for this church and sincerely hope that it will be aligned with Christ's will and positioned according to His plan. However, I feel that this congregation exhibits several characteristics of a church that seeks recognition from men. It attracts young people, certainly, but it sometimes seems to prioritize atmosphere and "vibe" at the expense of solid spiritual foundations. A church can be packed at every event and every service. People can even have some memorable experiences. However, if the essential foundations are not established in the lives of the followers, everything risks collapsing over time. A strong presence on social media or the organization of numerous activities are not necessarily signs of a spiritually healthy church. Opening churches everywhere isn't automatically the solution. Organizing conferences abroad, whether in Belgium or France, isn't either. It's essential to first have a profound and lasting impact in Montreal before seeking to expand elsewhere. (Acts 1:8) In my opinion, this church still lacks certain foundations and greater spiritual maturity. This needs to be addressed. The leader responsible for it cannot afford to repeat past mistakes. His own agenda must be set aside to prioritize the Lord's, especially at a time when the Church needs to refocus on what is essential. I have also heard several testimonies from people who, during particularly difficult and critical moments in their lives, felt abandoned, without adequate spiritual guidance or support. Of course, it's impossible for a congregation to perfectly meet every need, but a church must be careful to care for its flock, especially when they are going through times of distress, discouragement, or hardship. Ministry isn't limited to public gatherings; it's also about caring for the most vulnerable. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope you will grow according to Christ's teachings as revealed in Scripture. Be careful not to fall into the same traps as those who came before you. May the Lord grant you wisdom, discernment, and faithfulness to accomplish His work. Simply put, this message is an exhortation/warning. Shalom
