Extremely Disappointed with the Experience As a devoted follower of Lord Shiva, it deeply saddens me to write this. I recently attended a wedding at this mandir and was extremely disappointed by how the entire situation was handled. Despite booking and paying in advance, we arrived to find a bhajan ongoing, and no preparations made for the scheduled wedding. Repeated attempts to contact the mandir before our arrival went unanswered. When we approached the priest to discuss the issue, he seemed completely unaware of the booking. To make matters worse, a staff member on site attempted to shift the blame onto us rather than taking any responsibility. We had hired professional videographers for a limited time, yet we were left waiting over an hour just to enter. What’s even more troubling is the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from certain staff members, particularly one individual who was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. For a religious institution that charges a significant amount for bookings, one would expect better organization, communication, and above all, respect for devotees and their time. The extreme indoor heat and humidity also made the experience uncomfortable and potentially unsafe, especially for elderly guests. It’s unfortunate to see such mismanagement and disregard taking place at a sacred site. I truly hope the administration reflects on this feedback and works toward improving their services in the future.

I recently attended a friend's wedding at this mandir, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite booking the venue in advance and confirming all details, we arrived to find an ongoing bhajan with no preparations made for the wedding. This was particularly frustrating as we had expected the mandir to be reserved solely for our event at the agreed-upon time. The situation was made worse by the crowded conditions and high humidity, which made the environment uncomfortable for everyone. It seemed the fans were ineffective, adding to the discomfort. Additionally, the pandit appeared unaware of our booking, despite prior confirmations. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized, with a lack of readiness that was disheartening for the wedding party. I felt especially bad for my friend, the bride, who deserved a seamless and joyous start to her married life. I hope the mandir management takes these issues seriously and improves their booking and event management processes to ensure future events are better organized and more enjoyable. I have now learned my lesson to never book anything at this place again. Thanks for most mid experience in life. I hope the management can learn from this and be more responsible and prepared. Please do better, respectfully.

Only one Hindu temple belongs to Nepalese community from GTA, forget the Pagoda Style, just a 1000 Sq ft. But you will feel some tranquil, you are always welcome but make sure they are open

Only the nepali temple in canada there is no other nepali temples around and pretty much a holy place for the nepalese community for those who are new or been here before.
