Beautiful! I hadn't been to Jiménez before, and I liked it more than Parral. The only thing about Parral is Independencia Street; the rest is just impassable hills. Jiménez is great, with many places to go hiking. It just needs more promotion, especially the Zone of Silence and the caves with grottos and hot springs. It's absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Jiménez and its surroundings.

I was born in Jimenez and grew up in that beautiful place. My sacraments were received at Santo Niño, and my early formation was at Santo Cristo de Burgos with Father Carlos Tarango Magallanes. I currently live in Monterrey, and I am so proud that my eldest son, Edgar Eduardo Alvarado Gonzalez, will be ordained a priest on August 15th. We would love for his First Mass to be celebrated at Santo Niño and Santo Cristo de Burgos, since that's where he was born and where his Baptism and First Communion took place. I hope these dreams come true after so many sacrifices and hardships, but we are very blessed.
