As Catholics, it's a blessing to be able to hear our Mass when we travel. There is wrong mass times listed under the web page of diocese. The mass times are as follows Monday's Mass is at 8am only, Tuesday through Saturday's daily masses are at 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and Sunday 8am, 11am, 1pm and 6pm. Regrettably there are no masses in English but should not deter you from attending as we have attended mass in other languages and have always been able to follow along.

The Mass was wonderful and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We attended a 9am children's Mass on Sunday. We also liked that it had a gated parking lot.

The Guadalupana Church, or Guadalupe Parish, is a very large Catholic church with very clean restrooms. The church is open every day, with Masses at 8, 11, 1, and 6. There are also Masses for the Anointing of the Sick, etc. In my opinion, it's a very large, clean, and very Catholic church.

The last time I went was two months ago. I arrived 10 minutes late, and the priest denied me communion in front of everyone, saying loudly that I couldn't receive it because I was late. He can't possibly know what I have to do to go to Mass; I'm a chef. And I work from 6 in the morning until 10 at night. I'm well-known in Peñasco, and I didn't like being embarrassed.

Very beautiful church. Just one comment: the archdiocese website says Sunday Mass is at 10 am, but it's actually at 11 am. That information is confusing for those of us who aren't from here. Regards.
