The experience at LWCC was like far too many people like me who struggle with the church experience which will always leave a bad taste in your mouth. LWCC has a seemingly strong social environment that promotes family/friend relationships with a medium-younger congregation. When I have discussed my personal experience and the skeletons that are intentionally being buried & hidden from the Pastor by seasoned members of the church, heads of various ministries at the church, and the deacon herself, the church was described as “cursed”. From cheating husbands, a husband introducing their side chick into the church as a “friend”, from the side chick finding Jesus at LWCC(a good thing) but being told to say nothing of the matter when she sought guidance from the deacon and other female church members who lead the praise & worship team on how to repent and make whole for these sins and inform the unbeknownst wife that sits just a few rows across stating “It dun gone bad already”, to the women of the church refusing to let a bride that is having second thoughts on her wedding day and tearing up a written letter for the groom to explain these thoughts because it would look bad to call off the wedding the day of, to a wife being directly instructed by the deacon to repeatedly rebel against, abandon, & disrespect her husband so they’re free to do as they please. You should never pass judgment & ridicule especially based on a one-sided story that is tainted with half-truths and blatant lies at the detriment of that individual for your own comfort. This church is very much a comfort over Christianity & a smile in your face then talk about you behind your back that supposedly a few good bible versus, hymns, and a mission statement that is only followed on Sunday will keep your garments white. This review is not to judge or seek perfection as perfection is impossible, but it is to inform and seek change. There is a change needed within LWCC operations and leadership.

This is a church that truly loves serving the Lord and serving the community. It has a dynamic worship experience every Sunday and it has an online service as well. Members are warm and inviting and there are many ways to get involved.

The atmosphere at this church is always so friendly and welcoming! They have a great praise and worship team and powerful preacher.
