This may be an odd review to give but I hope it reaches a certain special family if they are still members of this church. From a child I always believed in God. I was never brought to church by my family though and I’d like to think I believed in God because my life at home with my family wasn’t easy to say the least. I went to what I believe is this church when I was 9 - I was brought by my “foster-mom” Helen Sargeant and her husband Phil. It is because of those two selfless, loving, kind human beings that I still have a strong faith today and continue to walk with Jesus. At times I’ve taken my life into my own hands and it has never worked out. In my hardest times I hold faith and strength in God and he never fails and always carries me through. At 31 years old I still remember my time with the Sargeants as it was one of the calmest, most peaceful moments and memory in my childhood that I had. I often wished I hadn’t been sent home because home was chaos for me. I felt so loved in their home, listened to, there was peace there. I’ll never forget that feeling. I just hope those two people know, and their family knows what a difference they made in some of the lives of the children they welcomed into their home. It is because of them today I walk with Jesus, without Jesus I don’t think I would be here or that I would have any hope in life. I don’t think I would have been able to heal (in my adult years) from hardships and trauma I faced as a young child. It is because of them I’ve walked with God and not let all the bad things in my life turn my heart cold. I have kindness and compassion towards others, sympathy and empathy. I am not angry at the things life throws my way, instead I look at and value the trials and tribulations because within them there is so much knowledge and wisdom to be learned, and there is strength gained especially with God at my side. I hope this message reaches them and they truly know how much they are a gift from God in anyone’s lives they touch and have touched. Heaven sent angels to the earth and they came in the form of the Sargeants. I often think about them through out my life and am so thankful for them. God bless their souls!

Good church with the desire to do it the right way. Small community feel but leaves room and desire for growth. Young Pastor (Doug), has the gifts of meeting people where they're at in life and communicates well.

The people of this church were very gracious. I had my fathers Celebration of life service in their outdoor tent. Thank you.

AMMMAAAZZZZING! To say the least. Rich biblical straight from the Bible teaching/ preaching. But it's the Anointing from the 'head' flowing down to the 'skirts' that will keep you coming back. A praying church. A pastor who is not intimidated by anything/anyone to approach and attack head on- the subjects of warfare, sin, holiness, the topics that matter. Doesn't even introduce himself as 'Pastor' He needs no labels or titles. His messages speak his accolades. Yet he has earned his 'badge' as a man after God's own heart ❤️. I particularly appreciate that there is something for everyone. Every stage of life is remembered and accommodated. Seniors are so remarkably well- treated. The administration makes sure we (seniors) are well represented as 'Legacies'. Thank you L.P.C. This is what we can safely and assuredly call 'Family'.
