There is a guy named Michael that is something there, I’m not sure of his position, but he is absolutely arrogant! He was smoking outside when I walked in and I tried to smile at here as it was my first time in and I was actually going to work there for the day, for an event. He ignored me. Afterwards, he was inside talking to other staff and giving instructions and when I tried to talked to him he snapped me right the way by saying that he wasn’t the one responsible for the event and therefore wasn’t involved with anything. When I truly just wanted information about the location and places we could use. I’m not sure if he is Christian or just works there but he definitely doesn’t follow their values. Terrible experience with the girl at the front desk as well. They both seemed to hate to be there.

One of the most underrated community spaces in the area. Well located but parking can be tight. Excellent facilities and community programming.

Nice place to visit. I enjoy the environment and friendly staff. The cozy library is open to public and nice to enjoy the book.

This is a great Community Church, very welcoming and embraces everyone. My first encounter was joining their Bell Ringers group for weekly practices. As we improved, we became part of selected Sunday services and church activities. Although I withdrew a couple of years ago, I do get asked back to fill empty places. It's great to see fellow ringers and church regulars now and again. The most recent occasion was to help with the summer's first bbq after the morning service. It was great to see everyone having a good social time. A few ringers were there also as volunteers.

Took my kids here today for the North York Music Festival. I can not say I had a good experience. There was a man sitting at the welcome desk. He give us nothing but a cold face. And the lady sit besides him provide some basic information to us. When I was wondering in the hallway to look for the "Community Hall" room where my kid would perform piano, I saw this man walking toward to me. So, I asked him if the room I pointed was the "Community Hall" room. He said and I quoted here "I don't know, I am not working right now." with a cold face of course. I never judge people for "I don't know", but what does "I am not working right now" mean when these words together with "I don't know"? And later I saw him walked in the same room and talked to the teacher/exammer after I figured out everything on my own. So, I believe that he is staff here, and he know exactly this room is the "Community Hall" room. However, I refused to help us with a just Yes/No answer. I was told this North York Music Festival has long history and well organized. Luckily the rest of the day was good. Somehow, some of the staff seems don't care about their reputation. Why should I believe or care it, right?

This church is inclusive and welcoming. The congregation is very friendly. There is a terrific sunday school and extra activities for the kids to get involved with such as sesaonal pagents. In addition to the lead minister there is a young adult minister and a pastoral care minister. Sermons are thoughtful and and thought-provoking. I appriciate the social justice work the church does. Plus the music is terrific. It's a happy place!

This is a wonderful, inclusive, welcoming community. The church is part of the United Church of Canada, and is an affirming congregation, so everyone, and I mean everyone, is welcomed. There is a terrific music programme, the sermons are thoughtful and the members are active in the wider community. Could not recommend this church more.

As a community church it could be a good place. However, as a place for piano competitions, it has been used by the Chinese piano contest judges as an opportunity to apply reverse discrimination against all other races by placing Chinese children to be the winners, who obviously underperform and, in many cases, have obvious mistakes in comparison with children from other races. This is a shame on Canada. There should be 3 piano competition judges from 3 different races. When you have only one piano judge, who is Chinese, he/she will never place children from other races to be the winners.

A beautiful safe, gender affirming and welcoming church for the wider community, for all types of seekers, all ages, stages, young, and old. Sermons are thought provoking and relatable to today's issues. Music is fabulous - choir, bell choir, saxophone, organ and piano. Best of all, the tech, sound and accesibility for online services and programs is top notch!
