City Life Church has been our home church for over 16 years. It’s a big church, but it really feels like home. If you’re looking for a place to belong, this is it. There are home groups where you can connect on a personal level and build real relationships. It feels safe, welcoming, and genuine. Not religious in a heavy way, but focused on people, growth, and community. The leadership is exceptional. Present, approachable, and consistent. They lead with humility, integrity, and a real heart for people. You never feel like a number here. There is care, guidance, and accountability, and it’s clear that the leaders live what they teach. They also have a private school, Highroad Academy, from preschool through grade 12, which reflects the same strong values, care, and commitment to excellence. Older people can get a ride to church every Sunday with the church shuttle, which says a lot about the heart of this community. The youth services and summer camps are outstanding and well led. I was Baptised here, by pastor Justin, he made the entire experience less terrifying with my social anxiety. He calmed me down and made me focus on the task at hand and who I was giving myself to, what it meant, instead of the world around me (700 people watching + a worship team singing) everything faded away and all I saw was myself, in a new life filled with Jesus. I'd recommend this place of worship for the empathy, the understanding and the comfort they provide when you finally come to faith.

As of Feb. 2025 City Life Church has gone back to 2 services, starting at 8:45 AM (pre-service prayer is earlier) and ending at about 12:30 PM.

Love coming to this church. Holy Spirit led, bible centric teaching. Friendly and welcoming to all. It is a safe place to be and good place to grow spiritually.

Always loved this church since it was Glad Tidings. It will always be my home even if I move away from Chillliwack.
