Ambassador Baptist Church began in the home of Pastor Lyle and Helen Neufeld in Morden and has grown into a vibrant congregation. The church is now located at 685 Stephen Street, where it has been since 2012. The mortgage was paid off in 2015, and in 2019, Terry and Jane Carruthers were called to lead the church, with their installation delayed until July 2020 due to the pandemic.

The church is rooted in the teachings of the Bible and uses the King James Version as its primary text. It is an independent Baptist church that focuses on worship, fellowship, and the proclamation of the gospel. The mission is to glorify God through worship, fellowship, and the discipling of believers. The vision is to grow in grace, serve the community, and share God’s love.

Services include Sunday School at 9:30am, Sunday AM Worship at 10:30am, Sunday PM Worship at 7:00pm, and Wednesday Bible Study at 7:30pm. The church offers a welcoming environment for all ages and encourages community involvement through its ministries and outreach programs.
