This is a HORRIBLE church!!!! I’m unemployed and I went there for a free gas card. I stood in line for about 45 minutes in excruciating pain. I went inside for a couple of minutes because I was nauseated, dizzy, and really didn’t feel good and I was afraid I was going to pass out. I told them that I was there for a gas card. They refused to give me a gas card and gave them to others. That’s EXTREMELY non Christian of them to do. Their solution is for me to go back in a month and stand in line for a long time again to maybe get a free gas card. My pain is 3 times worse than usual tonight for absolutely nothing. I do NOT trust them and there’s no way I’m ever going back there to be treated so horrible again!!!!

I have been back in Lubbock for a couple months. Searching prayerfully for a home church. I had lots of recommendations from many people. As I looked each of these churches up, it was either too much this or not enough that. I am not a thrills and frills kinda Christian. I take God seriously and my faith. I love God's Word, and that should be where the focus lies. I found that at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Also I love the traditional hymns usually present in a Presbyterian church, but I also have secretly longed for maybe a more contemporary worship selection sometimes too. My best friend and I had discussed this at length and tried to envision what that would be like in reality. My first Sunday service here, I experienced just that!! A contemporary music selection! I was so stunned, I had to keep reminding myself to not just listen with my mouth open, but to join in!! 😄 I could barely believe my ears! I'm so thankful to God for leading me here! I'm excited what the future will hold for me here!!

We have been blessed to have built some strong friendships with the caring staff. The staff invests in your child emotionally and academically. There is always nervousness at the very beginning when entrusting your child to another person. Early on, the environment at Westminster took any fears away. Great balance of structure & fun and lots of outside secure play time.

The leadership at this church should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treated the parents and children going to their preschool. The way they shut the daycare down with barely any warning was despicable.

The Pastor is extremely well read and a very good speaker. Content stays true to core texts and values. Great Church.
