My wife and I have been members of Watermark Fort Worth for almost two years now, and we couldn’t be happier! While I was a student at TCU, I attended the Porch pretty regularly, but at that time I pursued membership with the Village Fort Worth because I’d been attending the Village prior to hearing of Watermark. After my wife and I got married, we lived outside of Fort Worth for a brief season, but as soon as we returned we knew exactly where to begin looking for a Home Church. We are so thankful to be a part of Watermark Fort Worth. Truly, it’s hard to explain just how grateful we are. The community that God has given us at Watermark Fort Worth has been a tremendous blessing to our marriage, and to our individual relationships with Jesus. Leadership consistently pours into the Church Body in a myriad of ways, and they are faithful in how they live. While Watermark Fort Worth has at times been pegged as the “works” Church, which asserts moral performance as the means to salvation, I want to affirm that claim couldn’t be further from the truth. Watermark Fort Worth operates from a Gospel-centered framework, and my wife and I have constantly been met with grace and encouragement as we’ve sought to follow Jesus faithfully. There are no arbitrary operations here - Scripture drives the functional and structural decisions made. If you have any questions as to why being plugged into a Community Group or committing to an area of service is required for membership, take a look at the Statement of Faith on the website. These requirements actually made us wary at first as well, but upon reviewing the Scripture driving the design, and now after having been plugged in for some time, we are so thankful we dove in when we did. My wife and I believe Watermark Fort Worth to be a safe place - a safe place to pursue Jesus, to find community, to be transparent with our struggles, and to continue being sanctified. What a gift!

Legalistic, unloving. The Holy Spirit does not live in this church. Forced confessions and submission to a flawed, power-tripping leadership will be your portion if you decide to become a member by signing a legally binding membership contract. I can't even count how many people I know who have left this church in the last year due to being mistreated by leadership. Serving should be a choice, not a requirement. This is a cultic church with Calvinist theology and the spirit of the Pharisees looming over it. If you become a member and try to leave, they will write you an official letter saying you are living in sin for leaving the church and they are obligated to tell your "extended community" to shun you as a result of your sin. I know right, creepy at best. All the major church leaders have left watermark in the past few months, probably because the Holy Spirit is leading them away from this miserable excuse for a spirit filled establishment. I pray people don't think this is what God/Jesus is like based off the people at watermark because God is LOVE, this church is hate. This church is failing, fast. There are plenty of other spirit filled churches in Fort Worth where members love you and embody the fruits of the spirit and are living spirit filled fruitful lives and actually making JESUS, not their flawed man-made opinions, known.

Love this church! Filled with imperfect people and opportunities to grow and strengthen your walk with Christ. I enjoy the authenticity of Watermark. A little different than other churches I've known in how they do things. but most importantly, Watermark follows scripture like Christian churches should. Watermark has always encouraged me to grow and be the best version of myself I can be that closely resembles Christ. If you're looking for a church body that you can be a part of and call family, Watermark Fort Worth is a wonderful place to call home.

Great place filled with people who love God and do their best to love people. No “church” is perfect but this is the closest I’ve seen. My wife and I have been here for 5+ years. Sound Biblical doctrine and people who love you regardless of your background and past is what you can expect.

I love when I get to visit with my daughter and her family! Everyone is so welcoming and kind, and the Bible is taught truthfully, in a way that everyone can understand and in a nonjudgmental manner.✝️

This church has really put me off towards churches. Watermark has the feel of a frat/sorority vibe, so incredibly fake and “friendships” that are based on wanting to “fix you”. Belittled by leadership multiple times and finally had enough. If you’re white, outgoing, wear Patagonia and desperately searching for your significant other- this is your spot!

Everything that we are called to be by God. Love, accountability, community, teaching, transparency. It’s a realness I’ve never experienced in church my whole life. You can’t hide from the reality of what Christ expects you to walk away from nor can you miss the wonder of what He has to offer. Come and see!

Very shallow theology and lack of reverence. Lots of jokes made and not very much respect. Music sounded like a rock concert and the song lyrics were all self-centered. Probably the worst church experience ive ever had, i came on a tuesday porch night...... hopefully the sundays look different.
