I visited Wat Busayadhammavanaram for the first time to pay my respects and offer merit through prayer dedicating the merit to my late mother, which was long overdue. I felt a sense of relief and calm afterwards. I learned through the lay people there and Phra Ajarn Kasem (Abbott) and Phra Chaoom that the temple was established in 2007. The land and house was donated in dedication of forming a Theravada Temple for all people (commoners) who sought after a place for prayer and meditation. This Theravada Temple is new compared to all the other Theravada Temples in Fort Worth. Construction is still in progress and community volunteering is beneficial to make this temple a beautiful place for prayer and meditation. I will be visiting occasionally as I find it a calling to help out the temple. Buddhism teaches the philosophy of life. All is welcomed.

The Master and one other Monk came to my mother's hospital room and chanted. It was beautiful. I will be visiting and donating here from now on.
