Went to Victory Temple for 17 years when BH Glendennen preached there. An unforgettable, life changing journey. We used to pray there every morning for an hour before work.

53 years ago my parents brought me to Victory Temple for Prayer. The Pastor was B.Clendennen . I was around 6-1/2 years old at the time and was due to have surgery that next morning (Monday). As my dad held me in his arms with my mother standing next to him the Pastor held my head with both of his hands and began praying, I remember this still as if were yesterday. I felt a warm feeling all over and the Pastor told my parents they couldn’t see it but light showed in my eyes and God had healed me: The next morning my parents brought me in for surgery but asked the Dr to run one more text before just to double check. When the results came back the Dr told my parents that he didn’t understand it but there was nothing wrong with me and no need for surgery. My parents told him that God had healed me. Needles to say I never had the problem again. We’ve moved back to the area so I went to the Church yesterday. The Power is still there as strong as it was that day. God was speaking all around and his Power was felt so strongly. The people were very welcoming and kind. The service was held by an Evangelist filling in for the Pastor and was Fabulous. The Church is what I grew up in, pews, traditional and some new hymns and the sermon was by God’s word. I felt a Peace and happiness that I haven’t felt in so very long. May God continue to Bless this Church.

Loved it. Pastor and members are friendly. Worship was good. Paster didn't mind stepping on toes and preaching the truth. Anyone looking to visit or looking for a new church home give Victory Temple a try. You won't leave there like you came.

The Wednesday night service my family went to was very old school and great though it isn't what we are used to. The music was hymns sang by a music minister with a beautiful voice. The associate pastor preached this night and it was first rate. My son liked their teen group as well which is a shocker! Update: Members of this church are very active in outreach. I've seen them donating school supplies and clothes to people in the community. I haven't been to a church in a long time that did this much to improve local communities. Sit there and think of what a church should be doing, and this church is probably doing it.
