I’m sorry, but there really needs to be better supervision during Wednesday church. My daughter has tried attending several times over the past year, and she has been bullied every single time. I do have the names of the kids involved. I’ve also noticed that after dismissal, kids are running into the street and causing problems at nearby restaurants and stores. This is behavior that needs to be addressed with the group. It has been an ongoing issue, and it’s becoming a safety concern as well as a community concern.

We love this church for so many reasons. They have a great kids ministry and everyone is so welcoming which is exactly what you want when attending a new church! I never felt out of place or like we didn't belong and Pastor Chuck and his wife Jill are the absolute best! The entire staff and praise and worship team are wonderful!! Highly recommend if looking for a new church home!

The first time I ever walked into TPCC, I knew I was home. Everyone was so nice and not too long after, I started serving on Sunday mornings. I have since moved and still love to tune in every week for sermons. I highly recommend getting involved in a community group! I did the last couple of months I was there and so that is my only regret was not doing so sooner! If you are looking for a church filled with the Holy Spirit, then you gotta check it out! Also, worship time will leave you with chills. So. Dang. Good. Y'all! I miss you, my church family! <3

We were looking for a home church. We walked into TPCC fve years ago it was the first church we came to. Been here since. We could feel the love as we walked in. We were welcomed felt like we had been coming for years. Than when we heard pastor Chuck we knew than that we were home. Been here since. We love our TP family.

We have been attending turning point for a couple years now and can honestly say this church is awesome! Love the worship. Love how JD gives his message and explains the word. Strongly recommend turning point.

I have visited almost all churches in Lubbock and Turning Point is hands down the best gospel centered church in town. Its worship team is amazing and Pastor John has a huge gift of preaching. I have lived in several countries in different continents for years and I haven't seen any pastor preaching like him. I am so glad that I finally found my home church in Lubbock, TX.

Sound system audio harsh!!! Audio levels are more like a concert. (Update: from visits: regularly stays 80 - 100 decimals, like a concert band.) Take plugs or cotton. ( overflow room is louder) Forget singing along... you'll never hear yourself. Good lessons from Chuck. Active programs here. (Does anyone pray in Jesus name here?)

We went to Saturday Easter service with our daughter and son-in-law, who Wednesday experienced the death of their twin daughters. There were many faith-filled prayers for these babies, believing that God could heal them, if it was His will. It was very hard for this family, esp the young parents, to hear of resucitated son and the parting of the waters for the healing of pastor’s son, without the flip side that sometimes, despite prayer and hope in the resurrected Savior, God doesn’t heal/ restore. Our God is a God of grace and Compassion and yes miracles. Just wanted others to know the Father sees the hurting and has called the Church to come along beside them, not preach that Only believe and God makes all things right.

First time going and I literally walked out. I had to ask about child care and no one was helpful. It’s pretty disappointing that a church would treat new comers the way we were treated. It was obvious we were lost and no one offered any help. This church was closest to our home but I guess we will just have to keep searching. Missing our Arlington church family right about now.
