The BEST church!! The people are so loving & have become my family! The Pastor & Pastor's wife are some of the most incredible individuals I have ever met. They lead with godliness, excellence, and truly love people. They have led by example of what it truly means to be a Christian, even in the face of trials they faced. I wouldn't be who I am today without each and every service that I've attended at Truth Church of Denison. I love how this church is always moving forward and finding ways to improve. I also appreciate the fact how they follow the leading of God in every service, even if it may throw things off in the schedule. This church has something for everybody. The kids & student ministry does an amazing job at teaching and connecting. Small Groups are so much fun if you are looking for connection and community among the church members. You can even get involved with help serve at services & events! I cannot say enough good things about this church!

My family fell in love with our church family the first time we came here. Bro. Travis Houston was preaching our first time coming here and we all felt the Holy Spirit fall upon us. The next Sunday we got to experience our own pastor preach which we felt the Holy Spirit again. The members of this church are like none other and are Genuinely happy to welcome and love you. Our pastor, his wife and family are a blessing. God knew what he was doing when he lead My family to Truth church of Denison. Absolutely the best church I've ever been to!!! We have an amazing youth choir and choir in general just overall everyone is amazing at this church. Pastor Gilbert and sis. Gilbert are very welcoming and Godly people. Everyone has a past but it's what you do today that defines you not your past! This church is has been the biggest blessing in my family's life and I couldn't be more grateful, blessed or proud to call this our church home.

Found my home. Very blessed to be a part of truth church. Pastor Darren is a very anointed pastor. Holy spirit speaks when I listen to the sermons given here. We're all family. I felt very welcomed the first time I attended. There's not enough words to express how I feel when I attend. Amazing people in our church. Truly blessed!!

I have visited several churches in my life and none compare to this one. Truth Church is the best!! The leadership is full of Godly wisdom, brotherly love and Christ’s compassion. The music is outstanding!! The kid’s and youth ministries are first place! The small groups are so much fun! You really do feel at home here.

Truth Church is more than just a Church, it's a loving family that I am so blessed to be a part of. The Pastor and his family is absolutely amazing! If you visit this Church you will not feel like a stranger, you will feel like you're part of the family and you will definitely feel the presence of God!

If you are looking for a place that loves God and loves people this is the place to be. Almost 10 years ago when we started coming to Truth, Pastor David Gilbert and Sis Gilbert, who is now Bishop and our First Mama, spent several hours speaking with My wife and I until 11 or 12 after an evening service, just to listen. They did not even know us but they were willing to go out of their way to talk with us and help us with the transition, you could literally feel the love they have for people. Now their son, who is now Pastor, Darren Gilbert is leading our church right in line with what Bishop taught for years. He also has such a love for God, the Church and the people. There is honestly no place I would rather be!!! If you are looking for a church, look no further!!! God Bless!!!

Truth Church is one of the most welcoming churches I’ve ever been apart of. There is a strong unity for the Love of God that flows in this church. It doesn’t matter what your past was. The members of this church will welcome you with open arms. There is something to be apart of for every member of the family here. From TruKids to the Youth Group to Small Groups and First Steps. We have Bible Studies and Prayer Meetings. Come and see for yourself. We would love to meet you.

This church is always having a move of God!!! This church has really changed my life,my marriage and matured my walk with God. If you want to be challenged by being holy and living a separated life from the world. Truth Church is the church. Pastor Darren is unbelievable. He stands on all biblical principles. No gray areas in his preaching. The man brings the word of God to you. Seriously at the the end of the day... do you want water down preaching to make you feel good or do you want preaching that will make you holy and get sin out of life, make your prayer life better and receive the true power of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. And being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. God Bless! See you at church.

Truth church is home ❤️ I truly love my church , my pastor and his family, amazing children’s ministry. And am so blessed to have a pastor who preaches truth. And lives what he teaches. I couldn’t imagine life anywhere else. My souls is always being fed, learning and growing. They have been my support in all steps of life.

Truly the presence of The Lord is in this place! Pastor Darren is so on fire for The Lord! He only wants the same for Truth Church and this community. The Praise singers are top notch always ushering in the presence of The Lord. I know the church has such a wonderful Sunday school for the young. My grandchildren live out of town but try to visit often just so they can attend Truth Church Sunday School. They love it!! I love love love Truth Church! If you have concerns or questions concerning whatever. I know Pastor Darren or Bishop Gilbert would love to sit down and talk with you about them. That just who they are🥰! I urge you to come visit Truth Church. Could possibly be life changing for you!🙏🏻🙌🏻🎶 It was for me! I was a Drug addict. That’s all I lived for. Someone invited me to Truth Church so I went. I know it had to of been obvious to the church that I was on drugs , but they didn’t judge me. They prayed with me. Wasn’t afraid to touch me or hug me. I found myself returning to this church. It’s been 8 yrs now clean and sober! I Love Truth Church and continue to grow daily under the Leadership! 🙏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻 Thank you Truth Church for loving me!
