​I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tidwell Baptist Church, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how genuinely loving and welcoming they are toward new visitors. ​It’s a smaller congregation, but they treated me like family right from the start. The service actually reminded me a lot of the church services I used to attend back home in North Carolina—it had that same comfortable, "come as you are" feeling. The preacher is incredibly easy-going and welcoming, which really set the tone for the whole morning. If you're looking for a church home that feels like family, I highly recommend stopping by.
