  If you come to the Well, you won't find programs, you won't find tons of special events, and you won't find a big stepladder of church involvement. You'll find people who want to walk with you on your journey with Christ. You'll find a dynamic, multigenerational community that quickly feels like a family. You'll find a pastor who balances intellectual depth with emotional wonder. You'll find outreach that involves the whole church. You'll find brothers and sisters who are loyal, honest, and caring. There isn't such a thing as a church for everybody, and the Well isn't an exception. Even so, I prayed for deep community outside of school when I came to college, and I found it here. I grew up in the Church and explored my faith academically, and I felt out of place at a few other Baptist and nondenominational churches in Abilene. So, when I was willing to step out of familiar territory, I found that the Well was a great fit for me, even when many of my friends decided not to go there. Strength of community makes or breaks a church, regardless of its size. These people don't just go to church together. They live life together. And that's the highest compliment I think I can give to any church.

  The Well has become home for my family. Jesus' love is practiced and people are allowed to be people without feeling the need to pretend to be perfect. The Bible is taught at all age groups (as it should) without skipping around to avoid the tough topics and verses that might "offend" the PC world we all live in. All are welcome and all are encouraged to be free to worship as the Spirit leads.

  I love this church, vibrant, alive, speaking the unmitigated truth of the gospel, upbeat music, diverse group of people, yes it was my fist time but not going to be my last. Parking is a bit limited.....i was late....so go early. I did find a plac. GO GO GO

  Great church with incredible teachings and worship. High caliber pastors and staff with a home like feel for all stages of believers. Plenty of ministry outreach and options for all members of the family.
