  I have followed Yeshua for over 30 years but never was satisfied in the church system. Worshiping on Shabbat was always my goal from when I was young. Trying to find a place that worships on Saturday and teaches sound doctrine in my area was a challenge. Imagine my delight to discover this rare and loving congregation who love the Lord with all their heart and practice what they preach! We are a family that prays together to stay together! Shofars are blown at the beginning of service which send chills. Amazing teaching style with humor and a bit of Pentecostal flavor thrown in! The feast cycle is taught and observed throughout the congregation to tie Old Testament and New Testament teachings together for a well-rounded disciple. My life has been enriched as I have learned about the feast cycle and how it pertains to the Messianic era we are living in now and in the future. Some liturgy (reciting Old Testament scripture) is recited. Kiddish with fresh homemade bread known as Challah is served with grape juice to give thanks for the provision of the Lord for each week. The worship music is toe tapping. Davidic dancing is encouraged and taught. Oneg (Fellowship meal/snack) is kosher, and the fellowship is friendly and engaging, often discussing the message or a passage in scripture if a question is asked. The service is live streamed and available on YouTube later that week. Rabbi Dan and Carol are inspirational in their dedication to following Yeshua in all aspect of their lives. We are looking for dedicated followers of Yeshua who want to enrich their experience with real bible teaching and get in touch of their Hebrew roots. After all, we serve a Jewish Rabbi!

  We moved to TX in 2024 and began attending The Way of Messiah Fellowship. This is a welcoming group of dedicated folks who love Messiah and doing His works. This fellowship embraces the guidelines of the early church, so come as you are, don't worry about your "junk," because you will find freedom here to learn, grow, and worship without judgement. The teaching is straight out of the Bible. Bring your favorite Bible and be prepared to take notes, as this is a "teaching" service, not a preaching service. Rabbi Dan has an engaging teaching style, and if you have a question, it is OK to ask. You are not just hearing the word here—you are immersed in it! There are all ages of folks and a number of families with young children here. I especially like seeing the children receiving the blessing of the congregation under the Huppa (prayer shawl.) After the blessing, the children are dismissed to do Sabbath school teaching during the regular service. This fellowship also offers Oneg (potluck meal/refreshments) after the service. It is nice to be well fed on the Word and then have time afterward to relax, enjoy refreshments, and have fellowship time. If you have read this far, you can see that we LOVE our church family!   This is a great place to attend Saturday Shabbat service. They are Torah observant and Dan teaches the truth. Both Dan and Carol and all the members are very welcoming and loving!
