God led me to be a part of this family when they started 6 years ago and I’m happy to report The Spirit is alive and well here.   One of the most fantastic churches I have ever been to. I have lived all over and this place is totally different. Organically built as a multi-ethnic, cultural, generational, family friendly place with incredibly relevant teachings about daily life and Jesus.

  My first experience was awesome and I used to volunteer for setting up and taking down. Where I stopped coming completely is when I was shown the people that called me brother. I have gastritis and I’m seeing a specialist next month, but when I had a flare up, people walked over me and ignored me writhing in pain on the ground while throwing up. Everyone who called me brother looked at me with disgust and walked the other direction. Maybe 3 people came to check up on me and I met them that day. Almost the whole staff has my number and no one checked up on me. The only time that they did was to see what else I could do for them. Needless to say, I haven’t been at this location in over a year and I trust no one there. I forgive them for this mishap, but I’d never attend again or bring my kids. I know that if something happened, they would probably treat them the same way as the treated me.

  I have decided to move to the rim church, I use to attend oak hills but it wasn’t humble and they judged based on their own definition of Christianity which was too narrow minded for me. I want a real young church to grow up with and that is actually welcoming like the rim church has done for me. Some of the members invited me out for brunch and I enjoyed meeting new faces that are young like me. I’m impressed and I want to take a bus every Sunday just to attend here now ! Thank you for proving to me that real humble Christians still do exist.

  A couple years ago, my husband and I were searching for a church that was genuinely in love with Jesus and challenged us to live it out, rather than just talk about it. We absolutely found it here. Others have said it, but it's worth reiterating... This place is a family and dives deep into the word of God. I'm constantly impressed by our leadership and how they handle the tough topics, as well as how rich the teaching is on what we previously considered to be the "easy" reads in the bible. If you're looking for a church home where you'll be fed in the word and loved well, this is the place.

  Any absolutely Christ centered, love filled, and family oriented church. You will enter this gathering and immediately feel the love of God. There is no pressure to hide who you truly are. You can be yourself, and come as you are. The church and pastor pour love on you and welcome with open arms.
