My husband and I had to go to Kerrville this past Wednesday. We stopped while in the area to visit the prayer garden. The visit was so peaceful and beautiful. We loved walking around and seeing everything and even stopped in the gift shop. A truly beautiful memory and one that we got to experience together, since we just got married Oct 11, 2025. I highly recommend stopping in and visiting the cross and prayer garden. It is a peaceful and beautiful experience.

A must-visit in Kerrville! I stopped by for the sunrise, and it was a spiritual highlight—watching the sun rise over the Hill Country through the 77-foot "Empty Cross" is a view you won't forget. A few things that stood out: Historical Accuracy: I was impressed by the attention to detail. The garden is positioned on the same latitude as Israel, and the scripture tiles and symbolic dimensions are meticulously researched and biblically accurate. Cleanliness: The entire prayer garden is beautifully maintained. Even the restrooms—which are high-end portable units—were surprisingly clean and tidy. Convenience: There is plenty of free parking right at the top of the hill, making it very easy to access the main sculptures without a long hike. Whether you are here for prayer or just the incredible views, it is a peaceful, well-organized, and welcoming destination. Highly recommend!

The Empty Cross was so beautiful and peaceful. You can feel the Holy Spirit wash over you. Words can not describe it. All I can say, is go if you ever have an opportunity.

What a beautiful and peaceful place. And the best view of the area, I went in the afternoon, but I can imagine how beautiful a sunset or sunrise would be here.

It's A beautiful prayer garden. You can take a light colored rock and write your prayers on it and leave it there. Pray for your family members ,ask GOD for his mercy, grace ,healing and most of all his loving kindness. Jesus loves you no matter what you have done , ask for forgiveness and he will hear you. God Bless you 🙏 ❤️

70 ft 7 in tall cross. Beautiful place. Thousands of rocks that people have written prayer requests on or scriptures. Even saw two ladies get baptized. Worth the drive plus Kerrville has lots of places for shopping and eating.

This was such a an emotional, Serene beautiful place of God... This place truly honors God true and living Word. I'm such a cry baby when it comes to God and His Word. Jesus has been phenomenal in my life and I get quite emotional when it comes to Him! There were butterflies flying as the worship music played here on ground when we visited. I could just stay for hours all day I'm this place. I also appreciated how they honored in remembrance of the flood victims. I absolutely love this place, it was a little piece of heaven... I'm definitely coming back to visit as they are adding on to the park I truly want to see the outcome because it's already just that beautiful and fantastic! The feeling was undescribable! 💕 We were able to add our prayer rock to the rock garden, what an awesome place to visit. We left with so much thought of what this world has become but God ..
