I visited this Stake Center the first week I moved to Lake Charles. I was very welcomed and enjoyed meeting all of the members there. If there was an Olympic event for chair-folding, Latter-day Saints would overwhelmingly dominate that event. However, it would only be the same ten people every four years.

I grew up going to this church so I may be biased, but I believe in it with all my heart. When I was about twelve, my leaders all told me I had to find out for myself if it was true or not. They said I couldn't just believe because my parents believed. I needed to find out for myself, and then they taught me how to do it. I highly encourage anyone reading this to come and find out too. Our missionaries will be very happy to talk to you, and they are always super nice. It's always a pleasure to talk to them. So stop on by. It's very important.
