I went to The Stone for 6 years from 2005-2011. Only reviewing now because I realized you can leave google reviews for churches. Served in kid stuff, moved to St. John when they opened the campus to help. When I started questioning some of …

Beautiful place. Very inviting. Very simplistic space but beautiful in their mission, actions, and words. Lots of support for all people. Missional program, outreach program, therapy support for family, marriage, etc, as well as small …

A positive and productive place that contributes to the bettering of the community. There's a field with some soccer goals setup and a place you can take your dogs also. I would like to see the soccer goals replaced with better goals since the ones that are there are in bad condition and some doggie bag polls put up.

I found family here. It’s been the best part of my Christian faith the last 9 years. This church really serves the community well. If you are looking for a family focused church Home check it out. I love that my kids are learning about Jesus in every class. I also really love how they care about the world - the nations...with purpose!

This church is amazing. Great people and GREAT praise and worship. This campus is especially great because its a much smaller atmosphere compared to that of the Downtown-AM campus. As a young adult in my late 20s, I don't prefer to be surrounded by the college crowd, so this campus gives me a much less "college-esque" scene. The word is delivered by very inspired men of God, and the summer series of traveling pastors never disappoints. I'm glad I found this church.

I've called this place my home for 3 years. My wife and I love this community deeply. I've been challenged and have grown a lot during my time here. We have gained friends who challenge, encourage, and love us. Great place to grow in faith and be led by people who treasure Christ and have been changed by the gospel. For the reviews that refer to scandals and radicalism, they are misinformed (not to mention they come from people who haven't interacted with the church). If a scandal were to take place, there are so many layers of accountability at this church that I am certain it would be handled and dealt with properly.

Best church I have ever attended. I always feel like they are talking directly to me and how the scripture relates to my everyday life and how to use it in my everyday life. I have become a better Christian from my worship here. I understand the scripture so much better.

Love this church. God is present and Jesus is at the center. No such thing as a perfect church including this one but it sure is striving to be like Hesus and is pointing others that direction too. Truly a place for refuge and love and community.
