The Lord is on the move at Tapestries of Life! We were blessed to be able to serve, and step into the lives of everyone in the Guadalupe community over our spring break, Mission Trip with Campus Ministry, at Grand Valley State University. Our host was absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcomed. This trip was truly eye-opening and a testament to God’s faithfulness. They have such an amazing staff, and we’re so accommodating! We could not have asked for a best trip! God Bless!

I have been going nearly every year since 2009. I began with Grayling Free Methodist Church and my dear friends the Linderer’s! My heart has been there ever since! So much so that I told my fiancé in 2014 that if he loved me- he needed to love the people and the mission of Tapestries of Life. He met Pastor Steve and in April 2015 (during our work week at the unfinished orphanage) Pastor Steve married us in the orphanage with workers from Michigan, New York and our Mexican brothers and sisters in Christ! We support this ministry financially and physically- we want to “bring the children home” to the beautiful orphanage Casa Delas Gemas in the desert of Guadalupe, District Bravo, Chihuahua MX. Then, continue supporting the children and the mission as well as build a chapel, a nursery and a school on the site! Won’t you join us??? Take a vacation with a purpose-it’s live changing!
