Our family has been a member of Suncreek for over 25 years! Our children grew up in this church and had a wonderful church experience. Suncreek offers classes and programs for all ages! Their youth program is so strong which is so important for teenagers to have a group to hang out with that is so positive! The music programs are excellent as well, offering many options for all ages. Along with all of those programs, our ministers are compassionate and focused on our congregation. They are excellent! Please come visit our church!

I have been fortunate to have grown up at Suncreek UMC. My family and I came to Suncreek in 2005. My mom quickly became involved in the music ministry by becoming the accompanist (and still is 20 years later...). My sister and I were able to be founding members of the youth choir Cantate and the foundation that the music program and church community set within my own life still lives on today. Our family is still attending and involved in music at Suncreek UMC and now we have our own kids that are growing up within our faith community. Suncreek has something to offer for everyone whether it's music, missions, community, or just simply a place to call home. The people at Suncreek are what make it so special. There are so many people that treat my children as their own and this community has been present for us during our most joyous times as well as our most trying. I am immensely thankful for everyone at Suncreek - the parishioners, the pastors, and the staff. We are so blessed to call Suncreek our home. I hope that anyone reading this review will take the time to visit so you can see firsthand the welcoming, loving nature of this church community.

Suncreek United Methodist Church has a heart for service with incredible outreach through sharing their time and talents with the community and with places near and far. Our daughter really enjoyed the high school choir mission trips. I volunteered sometimes for the shoe ministry. We liked that you could attend a contemporary service earlier on Sunday or have a more traditional experience at the later service. Pastor Barry is an amazing pastor who says at the Benediction "I love ya church" and every week I wanted to yell back "We love you too". When you look up caring and dynamic congregation on Google, the first listing should be Suncreek UMC. We attended from 2005 to 2024 when we moved to the Houston area. Every week I miss my home church.

When my daughter moved to Allen & looked for a church, geography brought us to Suncreek because it was close to her home. The open arms of the Christian congregation welcomed & included us. We love God & his people of Suncreek. I live 4-5 hours away but visit regularly. When I do visit, it is the opportunity to see & serve with my brothers & sisters at Suncreek that brings me joy. It is the unconditional love of God expressed through His people that makes Suncreek special.

This church means more than I can say, as the people are always there for you when you need them. The Seekers Class has always been part of Dottie and my life ever since we joined the church in 2013. Bob Barnes was so instrumental in getting us involved with the class and Suncreek United Methodist Church. In 2019 I had Cancer and had to have Radiation Treatment, and several people stepped up and helped with transportation to my treatment center, and also helped with food deliveries to my house. This is the kind of church you want to be part of for sure! It is a church that cares!

Suncreek and the people there hold a special place in my heart. The pastors are so warm and deeply engaged. It is a great place to raise a family with wonderful staff and many activities/ministries to get involved in. I miss my SUMC family as I have recently moved out of state but plan to visit when back in town.

The love of this church is huge. The pastors are always looking to share their faith with our congregation and to lead us in Bible classes that help Us to learn more about the Bible and help our faith to grow. It is a welcoming place for all who wish to have a relationship with our GOD.

My family and I have attended Suncreek since 2018. It is consistently the most friendly, welcoming and sincere church I have ever had the pleasure of attending. You will have a hard time finding a more warm and inviting community of faith. They have wonderful programming for families as well, with a preschool, lots of child and youth activities, and many areas of music ministry for the entire family. The pastoral staff is very accessible and engaging too. If you are looking for a church home or just a church to visit, I highly recommend Suncreek UMC. Please join us at 9:00 or 11:00 on Sunday mornings!

Love this church. Was a member of Wesley United Methodist for years before it shut it's doors. Took a while to find the perfect church for me, then I found Suncreek. And i love it.

A lot has changed in the past two years. This church is not what it once was. Many long term members are finding somewhere else to worship.
